Fifty year paint
Have been using Hammerite for fifty years. Covers well, durable, with minimal prep on ancient metalwork compared to many others. Excellent product. Where protection is more important than ultra-smooth finish, I use the cheapest brush I can get then bin it rather than clean it.The only downside to the 250ml tin - more than enough for the job - is that having bought it a while back I couldn't see it in the cupboard for looking ... a bit like the butter in the fridge, then.

Perfect paint to cover my metal drainpipes and restore their colour and cover the rust and blemishes

Excellent
Great to use for sealing newly cut bath panel edges where you do not want water getting into which causes the Mmf board to puff up and get ruined over time. This stuff waterproofs it brilliantly, my view anyway.
