Stop working after 6 months
I bought this Xiaomi Redmi Note 12S on august 2023, and its stop working after 6 months. I called to seller and he told me if I don’t have a warranty on this phone they can’t help me. Poor quality, never recommend. It’s better to get phone with higher price, but not same brand. This is my first and last time I use this brand.

Bueno, bonito y barato. No hay más. A mi mamá le gusta (52 años), lo usa para lo que es; redes sociales, WhatsApp, fotos de vez en cuando. Su sistema operativo lo siento bastante óptimo pero para un estudiante de universidad, tal vez, no lo veo tan óptimo ya que en ocasiones se necesita usar Teams y aplicaciones pesadas pero para sólo entretenimiento, está muy bien.

Desde que use por primera vez la marca Xiaomi me encanto, en lo particular este celular es excelente para lo que o uso, correos, videollamadas, envió de documentos, conectividad, calidad de pantalla, tiene una memoria muy buena para mis tareas laborales. Quedo mas que feliz con mi compra, y el paquete fue entregado en tiempo, excelente equipo para explotarlo al máximo.
