I bought this posture corrector for my 16-year-old son, and it has helped him a lot with maintaining a straighter posture and relieving back discomfort. I liked this back brace better than I expected. I was doubtful about the utility of the front upper chest clip on strap; however, it is easy to attach/remove and it does improve the overall fit. I have a back brace quite similar to this one which is more cumbersome to put on/remove and which is hotter to wear, likely due to having shoulder straps, a wide waist belt, and 2 waist adjustment straps. This brace is cooler and less bulky. It is a reasonable price and I would have given it 5 stars except, in my opinion, it runs a little small. I am a 65 YO man, 6' tall, and 134 lbs (thus tall and skinny). I purchased a medium and it fits okay. But a M in this brace is definitely smaller than size Ms I have in other braces. If in doubt, I recommend ordering 1 size larger.

Didn't fit well and I even went up a size. That is they issue with thus product.

I bought this back brace almost a month ago for posture correction. Unfortunately, after wearing it a few times, I started experiencing pain in my shoulders and upper/mid back.I believe there may be a structural flaw in the design. Instead of gently pulling the shoulders back into a proper position, the brace seems to push the shoulders downward, which can create significant discomfort and pain over time.I stopped wearing it because of the pain. I would recommend reviewing the design to ensure it supports proper posture without putting excessive pressure on the shoulders and upper back.
