Reinmoson 8 Stage Reverse Osmosis System Countertop with 4 Hot Water Settings, NSF Certified TDS Reduction, 4:1 Pure to Drain Portable Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Countertop

I owned at least 3 other RO systems, and this one is the best. It's design pros are: 1) The filtered water reservoir is the kettle itself, not in a container inside the system which is impossible to clean (or to inspect if it needs cleaning). 2) Its kettle is more convenient than a stand-alone kettle: you can set temperatures. 3) Pure:drain ratio (4:1) is great, one of the best in the market. 4) Its small size -- all others took so much space on my counter top, but this one is small enough. It doesn't provide as much purified water at a time, however can you really drink more than 0.8L water at once? I can just press the button again when the kettle is empty, the water will be ready for me the next time I want to drink it. 5) Not in the description, but while the RO is working and dripping water into the kettle, the moment you lift the kettle, it stops dripping immediately. I've done this many times, never got a single drop of water outside of the kettle. I've been using this through the whole winter, provided me with hot/warm water every day. Customer service is very responsive as well, trustworthy. The only feature that I wish it could have is to have a timer for the temperature, e.g. to boil a pot of tea for 12 minutes. Then this can fully replace fancy tea kettles. Another nice to have would be to preset time, e.g. filter water at 7am (so that I can have a fresh pot of water when I wake up), but actually filtering is so quick, I can just press the button and brush my teeth etc, then the water will be ready for me.

I purchased this for our RV. We were packing gallon jugs of water each time we went camping. Campground water is usually gross (chemical tasting). The water this filter produces is AMAZING! In addition to the good water quality, it cones out quickly! It will filter 0.8 L in 20-30 seconds. The reservoir holds 3.5 L and produces a total of about 2 L. To heat water, you can choose different temps. It does not dispense hot water, but can heat the filtered water. Boiling 1 pitcher takes about 1 minute. Our RV has a fairly small countertop, so I specifically looked for the smallest RO dispenser with options for heating. I’m super impressed that I could find a unit that matches my size needs AND produces such delicious water so fast! One more thing, it’s simple to use—just fill the tank and push a button!

Update 2: still have not been able to find replacement filters, I guess I should have sprung for a more reliable brand. Update to add: a year has gone by and though it continues to work well, I need replacement filters and have had no luck finding them. Please help? I’ve downgraded the 5 star rating because of the lack of options for replacement filters. That is all. I used to have an installed under sink RO filter and was a bit frustrated by the wasted water in the process. I researched several brands and this one has the least waste and the water tastes great. I am only one person and it suits my needs just fine but you may want to look into other options or owning more than 1 if you have larger water needs. Update to add: a year has gone by and though it continues to work well, I need replacement filters and have had no luck finding them. Please help?

This product is amazing! I am really pleased with how good the water tastes and how well the machine functions. It easily paid itself off within the first month of using it as we go through a lot of water. I haven’t had any issues with it and bought it in February and use it many times per day to fill our gallon water jugs for drinking water and making coffee and cooking with. I also love the built in ability for it to heat the water very quickly and the fact that it can make tea easily with the infuser that comes with it. I highly recommend this R.O. System to anyone needing a great counter top unit that is durable and easy to use.

***UPDATE*** I had an issue with my machine and reached out to customer service. I had a response within 24 hours and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. Thank you for standing behind your products as I don’t know what we would have done in Florida without it. We are going to be in Florida for a 4 month contract and staying in corporate housing. We have a whole house water filtration system at home but obviously can’t take that with us so this was our solution for drinking water. It sets up very quickly, dispenses water quickly that tastes exactly as it should, like nothing and it is very easy to clean. We add our trace minerals drops to our water for an added health benefit and it will eliminate the need for any plastic water bottles. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and I have recommended to friends in housing where whole house systems are not possible. Very very happy with our purchase.

Overall, we have loved the quality of this product. There is some noise when it is being used but not nothing out of the ordinary. The flow has slowed down recently, and I thinking it has been a year and I might have to change one of the filters to increase the speed. One of the two filters needs to be changed every year and the other filter every two years. As per performance, it does what it has to do, however, there are times that when water is being added too abruptly, the water beings to leak. Overall, it is a good product.

We got tired of buying filters for our pitcher filter systems. The pitcher filters did ok for taste and solids but reverse osmosis takes out more impurities. Eventually, we will get an under the counter system, but after we replace the countertop and sink. That may be a few years so we decided to try a countertop RO system for now. This unit works as advertised. It's simple and easy to use. The water tastes great and tests fine. It's little inconvenient since there's no large storage unit so I have to use it for 800 ml at a time. It's no more effort than using the pitcher filters and I don't have to change anything for at least a year. The ability to dispense hot water is a plus. We're glad we bought it.

I was excited to have a counter top water filter system at home five months back in April 2024 when I first purchased it. It cuts down the water to 100 - 250 TDS while my tap water has over 350 TDS although it isn't superb like below 50 TDS. It can heat up the water to hot or boiling for tea or coffee or quick oatmeal. A week ago the electric panel on the top no longer lit up even the power is connected leaving this system useless. I tried to reach out the seller as it is supposed to cover under the warranty for 5 years. No response whatsoever after I wrote to the seller two weeks ago. I was hoping to work with seller to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved before I write any negative comments. Unfortunately, it does not work out.
