Just the Best
Very happy to have found a truly healthy protein bar that tastes good too! I’ve read so many labels and tried so many different protein bars (some are just awful). This is the only brand I buy now. Love all the flavors. And the extra nutrients are a great bonus!

My favorite flavor
I really enjoy IQ bars for their taste, texture and energy they provide without a huge glucose spike! I always keep them in my bag for a quick snack. They keep me full until my next meal! Coconut is my favorite and this has a nice natural coconut taste - not artificial!

IQBAR makes delicious, low-calorie protein bars in a lot of great flavors. The toasted coconut chip is a difficult flavor to find in any brand so if you're a coconut lover, theese may be for you. I love the taste. The price is high so they're only a sometimes food. There are other protein bars (with the same number of calories and more protein)) that cost more so I suppose for their genre, these aren't too bad. They have many fewer artificial ingredients than their competitors, which is true about IQ products in general.

Surprisingly good for the protein bar! Lower calories compare to other brands, clean ingredients and really good taste. Their banana flavor bars are good as well !

They are tasty and a better dietary choice , I'm having to research a DIY choice. Fixed income and having to stretch my resources.

Low in carbohydrates
I eat keto. These bars provide enough satisfaction such that they can provide a "dessert" of sorts (topped with peanut butter for extra fat and protein) to my otherwise low carb meals. There are still plenty of total carbs in these bars but the net carbs are (obviously) lower. They have a good coconut flavor and a pleasant mouth feel.

Tastes awful
I was looking for healthy MINUS the seed oils etc. Well this checked that box. And what doesn’t sound delicious about toasted coconut and chocolate? They left out the flavor. It’s bad. Like really bad. I don’t want to sacrifice healthy for flavorful. I don’t mind a taste that’s CLOSE to what it claims but this wasn’t even close. It’s a chalky texture and taste. I couldn’t finish even one. I left the rest on the nearby “snack table” at work. If I pay for stuff I generally will use it anyways, but this I made an exception for.
