Learn Chess the Right Way: Book 3: Mastering Defensive Techniques

The Whole Series is Good, but this one is vital
More emphasis needs to be placed on defending for beginner players, and this is one of the few books that would do that. The whole series is good for those who know the rules and little else, but in my opinion this is the book that has content that is hardest to find elsewhere.

Whose MOVE is it???
I really wanted to like this book, but the KINDLE version is screwed up, as about a THIRD of all the puzzles do NOT tell you which color is to move!!! Absolute pathetic trash.

Excellent tactics book for U1200 USCF
I posted this review on the Chessable edition 4 months ago.Excellent book, just like the first 2. The books in this series seem to be getting progressively more difficult and build on each other in a systematic way. The target audience is mainly beginners but stronger players can also get a lot out of it by using Polgar's books for speed tactics training.5/5 stars, highly recommended.

Bought This On Ebay
Defense in tactics is rarely addressed, this is the best book of the series.
