As far as I know yes, it is pure sine wave.

Can it be connected to a car cigarette light? And if so how long do you think it'll take to reach full charge?

I have a Tesla model y Long range and I have mine connected to the rear 12 volt “cigarette” jack. On my vehicle it puts 111 watts of power into the ecoflow so the answer to how long, depends on how much do you need. If you used up 1000 watts hours or about 1/2 it would take about 10 hours to refill it. The amount of energy will vary for each type of vehicle but the eco flow will tell you how much and how long to charge in those particular conditions.

When using extra battery with power station can you continue charging the extra battery when power station reaches 100%
