Don’t buy it’s useless

I have been supplementing with nootropics for several years. I have been in higher education for the last five and have had spectacular results, even though I am not a spring chicken anymore. Furthermore, my daily job requires much research, writing, and conferences; hence, I need a boost in cognitive power. Albeit my work is mentally consuming, I enjoy what I do. I ordered the QSTA Nootropic and Ashwagandha supplements together. I have been taking Ashwagandha for over a year. As an adaptogenic herb, it has helped me immensely with my anxiety, stress, and agitation. I have consistently taken mine in the morning after breakfast to reduce the cortisol pumping. The two combined products offer me pure natural ingredients and other proprietary blends and extracts that improve my cognitive processes. Contrary to the advice, I only take one capsule daily due to taking other nootropic products containing some of the listed ingredients and choline. It would be a waste to take two. I am happy with the quality and purity of the ingredients and natural extracts, given that I have researched intensely and taken each individually before starting this blend. Momentarily, I am very pleased with the Ashwagandha and Nootropic mix, creating adequate conditions for sustained and calm work.

Ich bin leicht ablenkbar und konzentriertes Arbeiten ist für mich echt eine Herausforderung. Ich weiss auch nicht, wie ich auf die Idee kommen konnte, dass Programmiere ein guter Beruf für mich wäre. Aber ich liebe meinen Beruf - nur die Konzentration macht mir echt das Leben schwer. Da ich schon immer und seit vielen Jahren auf der Suche nach sinnvollen Supplements bin, um meine Gedächtnisleistung zu unterstützen, bin ich auch auf diese Tabletten hier gestoßen und ich muss sagen: ich bin begeistert! Sie wirken nicht jeden Tag gleich gut, viel hängt auch von meiner persönlichen Verfassung und dem Grad der Ablenkung ab - aber ich merke den krassen Unterschied zu vorher. Vorher fühlte sich mein Kopf oft an wie ein Browser mit 47 offenen Tabs und keiner Ahnung, wo die Musik herkommt. Mir fällt das Denken leichter, ich verliere beim Arbeiten nicht ständig den roten Faden. Ich kann schneller kombinieren, Abläufe besser strukturieren. Es kann zwar auch immer ein Placebo-Effekt eine Rolle spielen. Aber nachdem ich schon diverse Pulver, Tropfen und Kapseln durchprobiert habe, bin ich ziemlich skeptisch geworden. Daher kam ich ohne große Erwartungen – und wurde positiv überrascht. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme diese Tabletten noch lange Zeit und ich kann sie wirklich bedenkenlos über eine langen Zeitraum nehmen. Ich nehme täglich morgens 2 Tabletten.

Personnellement ils fonctionnes

Me lo compré sin muchas expectativas, pero realmente funciona, tengo más energía y estoy más espabilada. Actualizaré si mi cuerpo se acostumbra con el tiempo y pierde su efecto. Edito (1 semana después): no sé cómo he podido vivir sin esto. He hecho en 7 días lo que llevo posponiendo todo el año. Esto es una maravilla.

I like that it makes me sharp and concentrate but I don't feel withdrawal when it wears off. I have more energy during the day, I don't need a nap like I used to.
