I contacted support before buying this tool to verify that a certain function would work on my vehicle. after getting the tool, the function was not available as promised. I am thankful for Amazon‘s return policy because otherwise I would not have been able to do what I needed to do and would have spent a lot of money without a solution. I would double check with support before buying if you need a specific purpose for this tool and then make sure you verify within the return window.As far as the build quality and performance of the tool, I have no complaints. I just wish it would’ve worked in my case.

This works great on my cars except for one... a 2021 Mercedes Sprinter... which is largely why I bought this.Alhough the Autel site very clearly states the MK808 supports the 2021 Sprinter 910 (see my screen grab directly from the Autel website) with Autel's "version 2.0" software, a current update gives you only "version 1.6" software which DOES NOT support these late model Sprinters.I contacted Autel thinking they'd send me a link to this elusive "version 2.0" software , but I just got a response saying basically that its not available and v1.6 was the latest one out there. Even though there clearly is v2.0 out there somewhere. So even if your vehicle shows as being supported, it may not be.I almost returned this to Amazon because of this misrepresentation, but the MK808 did work well on my other vehicles, so I'm keeping it and HOPING Autel makes good on its claim to support the Sprinter van.It gets 5 stars for my old 2009 Sprinter, and 5 stars for my other cars, but unfortunately 0 stars for the newer Sprinter.
