A hundred different three-terminal, lighted on/off switches could do the same thing, but...effectively no, for plug-n-play. Theyre made in China for these 40 amp wire sets. If the $13 for this set is too steep to rebuy it just for the switch, try the Northpole jeep 40 amp LED harness for $9. That's more than reasonable to get an exact match switch with quick-connect plug and however many feet of wire, plus extra DT pigtails and relay.

Are each ends independently wrapped or are both wrapped in the same sheath?

Your question is difficult to understand. Which ends, and which sheath? The wiring harness comes as pictured. The switch, and the two male ends on the wires and harness. The female ends come so they can be wired to whatever you are trying to power. The female ends are the ones in the picture that has the wire sheath partially stripped at the end for easy removal and installation to whatever you are trying to power. The relay is already wired, with all the wires running in to a one piece connector that holds all the wires and only plugs in one way to the relay. And the inline fuse. Can you be more specific with your question?

You can turn your LED light bar off and on with the switch. If you are referring to the little LED light on the switch, no you cannot.
