Excellent if you are careful with the noise cancelling microphone
I needed a Bluetooth headset with good sound quality that would be comfortable for extended use and the Flex met my requirements. The noise cancelling microphone does a great job of filtering out background noise, so works well in noisy office or public spaces, but…. and it’s a big BUT… the noise cancellation is quite aggressive so it will mess with your voice quality if your speech is reflected back at you. So if you talk with your face a few inches from your screen or with your hand in front of your face the noise cancellation will make it sound like you’re talking underwater. Keep a bit of clear space in front of your face and it works great. If people on your calls say they can’t hear you, you can bet this is the reason. The active noise cancellation does a good job of cutting down background noise for you. It works best with stuff like construction noise or lawn mowers, but does a pretty good job of taking the edge off a booming voice near you in an office. I tend to keep it in hear-through mode if I’m talking, but I will use the ANC if my background is very loud. Sound quality for music or watching video on a computer is very good. I’m no audiophile, but the quality exceeds all the cheaper headphones I own. I found a slightly distracting delay when using built-in Bluetooth on my laptop. It worked better for me using the included Link 380 dongle. Also the quality and volume would reduce if I rebooted the computer with the dongle attached or if I plugged in the dongle after booting. Maybe that’s just Windows being Windows, but it works best if I plug in the 380 before starting the laptop. The headset also hates my ancient iPad and keeps disconnecting, but I rarely use it so haven’t spent any time troubleshooting. The headset pairs perfectly with my phone and switches faultlessly between computer and phone depending on activity. Calls on Teams or phone can be answered with headset button or extending the mic boom and calls can be muted from the headset. Battery life is fine and charging is quick. It works ok on a wireless charging pad, but I just use a USB C cable. The cable supplied with the headset is a bit thick and inflexible. It would press keys on my keyboard or transmit bumps and knock sounds if wearing the headset with it attached. I replaced it with a decent quality braided cable. I like that the headset folds and takes up a little less space in a bag. That’s not an essential feature and I wonder how long the wires that bend inside the arms will last before they break, but it’s useful. Comfort. No complaints. I’ve used the headset for pretty much 24 hours straight without a problem. I wear reading glasses and I’m careful to reposition the arms after putting on the headset otherwise they can get sore trapped between ear and head, but that’s no fault of the headset. The pads are very soft and the tension of the head band is just right for keeping the headset in place without exerting too much pressure. Quite an expensive option, but as I use these for many hours each day for work and leisure, I’m happy that it was worth it for me. Recommended.

Good for meetings, comfortable, light, noise cancelling ok
I'd choose the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex over the Jabra Evolve2 75 My use case is remote work calls in various environments like cafes, hotels, and while walking, often with medium background noise - Comfort - no issues wearing the 65 Flex all day, - Microphone - good, picks up voice in noisy arenas, on transport. The lower to unmute feature is much better than the 75. The 65 engages unmute immediately on separation from the headset (as it lowers), and mutes on contact with the headset frame. - Noise cancellation - so-so. ear coverage isn't great, and sound drifts even when ANC is on. Still good, but wouldn't rely on ANC in a noisy environment to achieve zen moment. - Portability - very portable, folds nicely, almost pocket size (not shirt pocket, if they still exist) - Battery - ok - a full charge lasts a day (at least) - Sound quality - smaller drivers means less depth, but music is clear - Waterproof - nope. sinks and toilet bowls are not its friend Thoughts on the Evolve2 75 Its old technology (3 years older than the 65 Flex). The Evolve2 65 Flex, though not as well built, or as good sound/ANC, has more features, better drivers (Windows) and has less issues. Owned 3. - First one, boom mic failure, lower to unmute hit and miss - likely faulty wire - binned. Also had to run the original firmware has newer updates introduced more issues with the microphone - Second one. Lost, just as the mic started doing strange things - Third one. Same as first, with mic issues, couldn't hear people speaking unless the mic was lowered, change firmware many times. Reverted back to the original firmware again. Only use it for music and audio now. - Comfort - not too comfortable, have to move it around the ear every hour, or take it off to rest your ear. 4 hours of use is hard on the ears - Microphone - as above. The lower to unmute feature engages when the microphone is fully lowered, and mutes just as it starts rising. Very prone to mechanical issues. Along with the wire inside the mic failing - Noise Cancellation. ANC very good for an on ear headset - Portability - doesn't fold - Battery - ok - Sound quality - good. prefer it to the 65 Flex, as its a large headset, larger drivers, and more sound depth - Waterproof - no idea, almost flushed it down the toilet when the mic failed. Guessing same as the 65 Flex. All in all, the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is a good piece of kit and serves its purpose as my daily headset, worn at least 6 hours a day. For work, I'd buy/use the Evolve2 65 Flex over the Evolve2 75.

Fabulous headset - while it worked well. Now it has all sorts of issues eight weeks in
Just over eight weeks in and this is one of the worst pieces of kit for work I have ever bought: This headset is vastly overpriced, and does not work well. It is meant to be for Teams. The functionality stopped working three weeks ago and hasn't returned. It now mutes the entire call when on teams when the mic arm is lifted (so you can't hear audio at all, when in fact it is only the mic that should mute). A search on the internet has shown other versions of this headset with the same problem and shame on Jabra they still have not fixed this functionality. It fails to pair - it has been re-paired four times with a brand new HP laptop running Win. Avoid it at all costs. It does not work and cannot be relied on. It gives the illusion of working but give it a short time and look what a mess it becomes. Here is my original review two weeks in: I’ve been using this headset for a couple of weeks now and love it. It’s all of the things it promises, lightweight, easy to set up and great for video calls. I use the teams functionality too which is not essential but a nice add on. The noise cancelling is a great help and clarity of call brilliant. I wondered if I really needed a headset at this price point but I can honestly say it’s quickly become an essential piece of office kit for me and I haven’t regretted buying it. As well as work, it’s good enough for music, podcasts and audiobooks while out and about on the working day as well as calls. I wondered if you’d notice the stored mic but you really don’t. It has a good hearthrough function which is helpful if you quickly need to chat to a colleague or pick up the latest announcement on a train. It’s a great all round headset for a working day and the flex function means it’s easy to carry around when on the move.

So far so good, ergonomic, lightweight, noise cancellation from outside works well.
