What is the thickness of these ? are they 80 Microns for one pocket ? so that's 40 Microns per each side ?

James I don’t know the answer to that but I use them for binding recipes so I use in the kitchen. They are rigid enough and perfectly clear. Sorry can’t be of more help threw the packaging away.

are these gloss or matt?

They look matte before they're heated but come out gloss.
