I buy Panasonics because they use AAA batteries, not some oddball one. These cordless phones nowadays have many features that I couldn't care less about. This one is the lowest-priced system I could find. Works just fine.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it does NOT show me the name OR number when there's a call on the second line. I hear the ding, but I can't see the name or number UNLESS it's a BUSINESS calling, and when I hit FLASH to transfer over to that call, it doesn't. So I have to hang up, go to CALLER ID and then it shows up as a missed call. All the instructions say is make sure you are signed up for caller ID with your provider which I obviously am, and I've never had this problem with any other phones I've owned for my landline. Otherwise the CALLER ID feature works perfectly when the phone is not in use and rings. The phone is very easy to use, I barely needed to look at the instructions to set up what I needed to. And I love the call blocking feature. Oh and the screen size and font is great easy to read.

I am very satisfied with the sound quality of this of these phones and I’m glad I bought them to replace the ones I had which were beginning to not function as well, I did have them for a few years, so I was in need of a new phone and I guess I chose good ones

I’ve been using the Panasonic Cordless Phone with Answering Machine for about a year now, and overall it’s been a solid, dependable land line phone for our guitar repair shop. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the display and buttons are easy to read and use. The sound quality on calls is clear on both ends, with very little static as long as you’re within a reasonable range of the base. I’ve been able to walk around my shop and even into my parking lot without dropping calls. The answering machine has worked reliably the entire time. Messages are easy to access and playback is clear. I also like that it doesn’t feel overly complicated—just simple, no-fuss functionality that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Battery life has held up well after a year of daily use. I usually keep the handset off the base for long stretches, and it still lasts through the day without needing frequent recharging. That’s been a pleasant surprise since I’ve had other cordless phones that degrade much faster. If I had one minor complaint, it’s that the build feels a bit lightweight, so it doesn’t have a super “premium” feel. But in terms of performance, it’s been reliable, which matters more to me for a home phone. After a year, I’d say this is a dependable, easy-to-use cordless phone system that just quietly does its job without issues.

The phones work great and have a lot of features. The range seems to be very good from what I can tell - my mom can walk all around her house and have no problems with sound/call quality. These are especially convenient for someone who wants to keep their landline, but not carry a device around with them all the time. The only negative (and it's a pretty big one) is that whoever designed the menu layout needs to be sent back to design school along with the person who approved it. It is absolutely terrible - everything is hard to get to and it is extremely clunky. Not intuitive at all and hard to navigate - especially for the likely target audience of older folks.

This Panasonic cordless phone works well for everyday use. The sound is clear, the answering machine is easy to manage, and the advanced call‑block feature is genuinely useful for cutting down on spam calls. The bilingual caller ID is a nice touch, and the handset feels comfortable to use. A solid, no‑frills home phone system that does exactly what it should.

I like the phone system. Easy to setup and works great. Only down side, I wish the bases that the phones sit in were more sturdy. Very light plastic that works but I wished they were more quality.

The person who prepared this has no idea that the item is not intended for Australian customers due to the fact that the voltage is 120 volts and not 220 volts. Be mindful of it next time
