For the money, these resistance bands are great. It's easy to change the resistance levels, and for certain exercises I don't even need to attach the handles.

When I first opened the package i noticed a pretty strong smell of rubber or latex or something and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to use them. But i am happy to say just a day or 2 of airing out and they are fine. No toxic smell at all!

It comes with an instruction booklet! It is great value for your money, they are durable, functional and very durable! It is a great value for a great work out!

The bands are labeled 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50lbs. None of these are accurate. These resistance bands are all very light. They work, so if you don’t care about tracking what weight you’re actually using and if you find these difficult enough for you, then I’m sure they’re fine. For reference, my 7yo who weighs less than 50lbs has no problem doing every exercise we can think of with the “50lbs” resistance band. On the contrary, he’s not even close to being able to utilize a 10lbs dumbbell.

As someone who has just recently stopped using a wheelchair, having this set of exercise bands was extremely helpful to keep up exercises while sitting in the chair. So glad to have them.

The prices for these varies wildly from various sellers that sure look like the same product. This was the cheapest. I'm happy with it. The bag to hold the bands is WAY too small to be at all Handy, so I put it all in a small bag I had on hand. For the price, it's worth it.
