Two important daily vitamins in liquid form, pleasant grape flavor
I have had iron anemia several times in my life and it's just going to get worse as I age. There are a number of liquid iron products out there (several sold on amazon) but this one is a bit different because it also includes B12 which is another vitamin that can cause issues if the levels get too low and is involved in energy production. I have been using hematex (sold on amazon) to keep my iron levels up but not every day. I saw this on the buy two get one free promotion and decided to try it because it's not only daily iron dosage but also B12 which helps with energy production (god knows I need more of that). It arrives in a nice brown glass bottle with a dropper in the cap. They must have improved the dropper after all the complaints about it in the reviews on amazon. At least when the bottle is fairly full it doesn't have a hard time filling the dropper. You can buy the tiny plastic medicine cups (like what comes with cough medicines) on amazon if you don't want to deal with a dropper (the ones I have go down to five ml so you have to guess a little to use those but not a big deal). Many reviews complain that the dosage marks on the dropper wore off for whatever reason. I don't know if they've cured that issue as well, I hope so. You don't have to use the dropper built into the bottle you can use any medicine dropper you buy at the pharmacy or one of those little cups works good too if you can find one that goes to a low enough measurement since the dosage is 2 ml which is a pretty small amount. Just tried my first dose it might take a few days before I really feel the effects, will post more later. Have used this a few days in a row now, I do notice a difference. If you don't like the built in dropper get a syringe, they're sold on amazon wo needles in a variety of sizes. Be aware, liquid iron supplements have a bad reputation for staining teeth so always swish your mouth out with something after using this to prevent it from sitting on your teeth and possibly staining them. update: Been using this daily for a couple of months now, while the price is probably a little high if you buy three the free one takes it back to the realms of other products as far as the price goes. I do think that the B12 in the mix helps a lot to keep my energy up a bit more Iron and B12 have an almost symbiotic relationship you need both to stave off the blas. I take my two droppers full every morning when I wake up and it really does seem to help me wake up faster if you ask me. I hope they continue to offer the buy two get one free offer and they do seem to have addressed all the complaints about the bottle, when it starts to get close to empty it helps to tilt the bottle a little when filling the dropper and i haven't had any issues with the markings disappearing off the dropper. This is good stuff I hope the price stays about where it is because I want to be able to keep taking it regularly. The grape flavor is still great, no nasty after taste which is one of my favorite things about this product.

I take liquid vitamins because my body processes it so much better. These are easy to measure and taste fine. These are flavored grape which is not my favorite but it tastes good so its easy to take and I feel much better since I started about three months ago I have no complaints at all

Essential Energy and Vitality Boost
New Elements Iron Liquid is a must for anyone needing an energy boost. It’s easy to take, helps fight fatigue, and supports overall vitality. A perfect solution for maintaining healthy iron levels. While the taste is quite peculiar and hard to accept, I believe it’s worth it for the benefits the iron provides. A must-try for anyone needing a natural energy lift!

Iron that doesn’t upset your digestion
I find this an excellent way to take iron. No digestive upset. I’ve tried various pills and capsules before, but they all made my tummy unhappy. The New Elements doesn’t.

Going to be a regular staple in my supplement cabinet.
Love this! I have always HATED taking iron supplements because they NEVER taste good and come with a side of constipation. This formula DOES NOT! It tastes really good, and it works with my digestive track. I needed it for myself and my daughter.

A slight boost in energy
I have noticed a change in my levels of tiredness. No drastic change, but a change on brain fog and just feeling yucky. I am on my second bottle. It tastes really good and doesn’t upset my stomach. I’m not the best at remembering to take it everyday and I can tell on the days I forget. I also take magnesium sublingually so I have not noticed and issues with constipation.
