It’s actually really good

I love this thing! I’ve been DJing for almost 2 months now and it’s perfect for beginners easy to use! Just be sure to watch tutorial videos so you can get the most out of functionality

A step or so up -ish from the Hercules Starlight. It has more EQ knobs (although they are limited in span.) It has tempo control built into the controller and it adapts quickly so the pitch doesn’t change drastically with the tempo change. The looping function is iffy. I might be doing it wrong but I suppose that means it’s not straightforward if it has anything more than two options for loops. Also the placement of the loop on the grid seems out of control sometimes….. like it won’t stay where I put it… even when everything is paused and I place it carefully. Again, might just be my issue, but….. it’s like I said the loop function is iffy. The rest is fine for now except the EQs limited span. I wish there were more hot cues….. and I guess I’m just realizing they build these lower level decks with deliberate limitations so you are always wanting more. And I think if you feel frustrated it’s mostly the technology in general and not your ability. If you can afford it just go all out and buy the best one you can. Beginner decks are a waste unless it’s all you can afford.

I’m really happy with the Hercules DJ Impulse MKII. It works exactly as expected and even better for the price! It’s compact but has everything you need to mix, practice, and have fun at home. I also love that I can control my speaker volume directly from it — super convenient. The design looks great, it’s lightweight, and feels solid. For what it costs, it’s honestly one of the best options out there. Totally recommended!

Excelente calidad duraderos

Kinda disappointed in this product. It was a Christmas gift for my grandaughter. She is 20 and wanted for hanging with fry. It was kinda flimsy and the instructions were hard to understand.

Super easy to use, worked fine on windows with serato DJ and soundswitch. Great for anyone whos never used a mixer like this before

Excelente controlador a pesar de su tamaño es muy bueno funcionando perfecto en Windows y Mac yo lo ocupo con serato y suena muy bien estoy contento llego en perfecto estado aunque la paqueteria de Amazon lo entrego a un vecino sin consultarmelo lo cual fue un momento desagradable. It is easy to use as the best quality may not be value for money, but the best price you can get in dj industry. You may find some scratches on jog wheel, but it’s just when it’s manufacture. It comes like that.

First impulse 200 is pretty good and popular dj controller. Price is a bit high but worth it in my opinion more bang for your buck than the other options in my opinion though I don’t think it’s worth more than a couple hundred. Great price though and I like the idea of the tutorials, really helpful for beginners like me who don’t know what they’re doing. Overall, good bang for your buck. It’s portable and easy to use. ( they don’t mention that you have to create an account for djuced). My only complaint is that it doesn’t support YouTube or Spotify
