Very Useful Upgrade for Older Vehicles
I really liked this external CarPlay screen and it made a big difference in my daily driving. It was very convenient being able to keep up with notifications, music, and navigation directions without needing to constantly use my phone by hand. The setup was simple and the screen worked well for what I needed. It honestly made the truck feel much more modern and practical, especially for longer drives or when traveling around unfamiliar areas. The only “problem” I had is that it actually looked too good and noticeable inside the truck… good enough that someone decided to steal it after I accidentally left the vehicle unlocked. So I guess that says something about how nice it looked installed. Other than that, I was very happy with it and would definitely order another one.

Excellent - ease of use, quality & connectivity
Bought this unit for our old MB, as an add on to use CarPlay on. My expectations were not too high, given the price point and a past experience with another unit. I was extremely impressed with this product! The ease of installation, connectivity, screen quality, and simplicity - very straightforward. It supports CarPlay fully - used multiple apps like Maps, Spotify etc . No issues at all. (they also support Android's version, but I haven't used that). Audio with the built-in speakers is very good too. Though I have been using with Bluetooth to connect to our car stereo; setting that up was very easy too. The one thing to note is that it remembers the last one it connected to, so if you forget to disconnect, connecting to a new one takes a few steps. Not impossible, but not ideal either. If you use only one phone, not an issue at all. The base is easy to attach to, with the sticky strips very strong to hang on to the dash. Power is from the "cigarette lighter" 12V port (I think it supports batteries too, but not used that). Overall, I've been very impressed with the product. Have recommended to several friends.

Great for the price can be a lot better
Tldr Overall this is great for the price. Wish it was slightly more money with auto dimming, better mounting options like magnetic or CD slot or arm. Startup Bugatti image you can't change is ridiculous. The mounting options are awful if you want a oem look. The dash pad does work well but it's massive. The Bugatti on startup needs to have an option to remove it completely, set it to black or nothing, custom logo, or all the car maker logo choice. It just makes it a joke to have on startup. Device seems to only have 1 touch at a time. Cannot pinch to zoom at all. Not advertised to have but definitely needs auto dimming. Time set dimming is alright but usually ended up too bright or dim a lot. Pros! Starts up fast enough to not want it to be any faster. It just works every time I get in the car no fussing around with it. Audio output options and the way it just works with your existing Bluetooth to car is EXCELLENT. What do I mean? If you have Bluetooth on your car radio you're golden. Your phone just hooks up to your car radio like normal, put radio on media or aux to hear your phone. Your phone basically just uses this screen as a display and control. Audio never hits this screen just goes right to car radio. Means your steering wheel buttons or radio next and volume just all work and there is nearly zero lag on changing songs even on the screen. If you don't have Bluetooth on car. This has 3.5mm aux out, Bluetooth itself, or pick any FM frequency audio out. That is fantastic, tested the fm part and it worked great. Its FM and is fine for most people. It could be a little clearer but it really is good enough for 90% of people. The screen is low resolution like 600 vertical pixels it doesn't look great if your eyes are at phone holding distance. But when it's up on your dash you don't notice it and it actually looks pretty great. The widescreen is great to have dual maps and radio on screen at same time. Unfortunately I'm going to return this to try out another brand with auto dimming and a startup image that wasn't set by a juvenile. Multi touch is really desired any time I try to zoom out and look at my route. It's not normal to have to use the zoom in out buttons.

Best 10.26” Portable CarPlay Screen I’ve Tested – Bright, Responsive, Instant Setup
Just installed this in my 2012 truck (no factory screen) and it’s a total game-changer. Why it’s awesome: • Huge 10.26” IPS touchscreen – 1600×600 resolution, super sharp and bright even in direct sunlight. • Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto connect in literally 5–7 seconds every time I start the car – no cables needed after the first Bluetooth/Wi-Fi pairing. • Touch response is snappy, zero lag when using Waze, Spotify, or Google Maps. • Suction cup + adhesive dash mount both included – I used the suction on the windshield and it hasn’t moved in 3 weeks of 100 °F+ heat. • Built-in speaker is loud enough for navigation, but I just use Bluetooth to my car speakers anyway (works perfectly). • Front + rear camera input – hooked up a cheap backup cam and now I have a full reversing camera too. Tiny notes (not really cons): • Takes about 8–10 seconds to boot up (totally normal for these units). • FM transmitter works, but Bluetooth audio sounds way better. For under $150 (sometimes way less on sale), this thing makes any old car feel modern. Picture quality, speed, and ease of use blow away every other portable unit I’ve tried. If you want wireless CarPlay/Android Auto without spending $400+, just get this one.

Worst support and product
Want to give a review less than 1. It worked good for couple of months after that it always getting restarted in the middle of drive. When I contacted the support they want the video of it. Which is very difficult and how can we take video when it happens in the middle of drive. With the help of my son I took video and tried to send they don't accept the video files on the support page. Soni tried to create a link from Google photo and tried to send they cannot access it. Finally they gave a grey site to upload and send the link. That also I did Now they want to copy the link to a pdf and send. That pdf I'm done with them in horrible experience do not buy the product

Just buy a phone holder instead
Update: The reps from this company monitor the reviews and reached out within 2 days of the review going live. They unconditionally offered me a refund, which I've graciously accepted. I want to send them the device back, but they asked me to keep it. I'm updating this review to 5 stars only because they are good people and are trying to build their brand. I hope the next iteration of this product solves all these problems. Thank you Podofo. ----------- If you are having problems, return this thing in the returns period or else you'll be stuck with it. This device is amazing - on paper. In the real world, it does everything it's supposed to do, but it does a whole bunch of other infuriating things which make this device useless. Pros: Nice screen. Great when it works. Cons: many cons 1. Constantly disconnects. You have to remove or set all saved wifis and public wifis to not connect automatically otherwise you'll lose connection when you're driving around. Even then, it will disconnect every 30 minutes or 1 hour for unknown reasons. 2. It takes anywhere between 5 seconds or 5 minutes to reconnect, during which time, you don't have any directions. I always have to pull over or somehow unlock my phone, launch maps, type in the address to resume navigation. Total hassle. 3. The device connects with a headset and media profile. Even if you uncheck the boxes for phone call and media in it's Bluetooth properties, it will still connect and take over your phone again and again and again... It is very frustrating when it does this when I'm on a phone call. I almost always have to pull it's cord to turn it off when I take a phone call. The built in speaker and mic are also just terrible. 3. Gps is laggy on the map even when my phone is on the dash. Maps shows my location correctly, but this device sometimes thinks I'm still in the parking lot a mile away. 4. This company's support is a ridiculous waste of time. I think they want to waste your time till your They asked me to factory reset, then they sent me an IMG file to flash on the device... Their device flasher is in Mandarin and keeps throwing errors. They made me try with different SD cards but same error. I tried opening the IMG file with different flashers but none of them can show me what's in it. Podofo: if you CARE, I want to return this device.

Okay, but carplay audio is AWFUL
***I ONLY TESTED APPLE CARPLAY AND AIRPLAY, NOT ANDROID AUTO I got this product as a cheap alternative to the more expensive similar products in hopes it would do the job. First impressions are decent, the hardware is solid. The device is packaged solidly, and came in great condition. Screen is very nice and wide, has a clear picture. The cigarette lighter adapter was a bit larger than I hoped but not the end of the world. The plug ins to the device are hidden on the back which is a clean design choice. Now the software for the device really isn’t so bad. Connecting to Carplay the device is super quick and rather intuitive. Most people familiar with basic bluetooth connections can pair their device without checking the manual. The screen is responsive enough, with a slight delay that is noticeable but not bad enough to warrant a complaint. All the apps work just fine. AirPlay works fine too but it is definitely not as smooth as CarPlay. The picture quality is not the greatest, and the delay is much more noticeable than Carplay. Good enough to watch a video if you don’t need the best quality video. So what made me return the product? Everything seems good enough so far…. This was my deal breaker Unfortunately my old car does not have bluetooth connection, so I was unable to connect my stereo to the sound system through bluetooth. But I did test both alternatives (FM and Aux). The audio when using CarPlay is absolutely awful and unmanageable. For some reason when using CarPlay the audio quality drops drastically. It is odd because when using the systems native software the audio sounds great, and flows through the sound system great using a casette to mp3 adapter. It sounds just as good as connecting my phone directly to the mp3 adapter. However when using CarPlay the audio quality absolutely plummets. Audio quality is a non-negotiable for me and is very important to my driving experience. I tried to find alternatives like having audio coming through the iPhone rather than the device but I was unable to do so, and couldn’t find a solution. Ultimately, this made me return the product on the same day I received it. In conclusion, the product is fine generally. If you are not worried about audio quality then all other apps work just fine with this product and it is a decent alternative if you want to spend under $100 for a solution vs $250+ for competing brands. However I would find it difficult to even enjoy music in any capacity when going through Aux or FM Transmitter with this product. A podcast MAY be manageable but even then I imagine it would get annoying down the line. (maybe bluetooth is better but I could not test it). TLDR; if you are using this for Carplay, It does the job with everything except audio quality which is so terrible I ultimately returned it on the same day I received it. (Did not test out Bluetooth)

Great add on for older vehicles. Good customer support for failed unit.
Installed as a 2nd screen in my Ram 2500 truck. Really liked having the 2nd screen running android auto with google maps. The main screen on my truck remained factory so the backup camera and other functions didn`t change. The wireless android auto worked great until recently. The screen would freeze, go back to home screen, reboot, and then bring the maps back on. This became more frequent and happening every 10 minutes or so. I contacted their customer support team and the are sending me a replacement unit. Hopefully the next unit works longer as I really like this product.
