The flood mode is very useful for close up work. Useful to keep around the house, and it's comfortable enough that you can wear it when doing something that might require some additional light. I haven't measured the battery life but it's enough that I didn't have to worry about it while casually using it for a couple of days. USB-C is convenient!Cons:-The high mode dims down in a couple of minutes, so keep that in mind. Turn it off and on and it's back at full intensity.-The spotlight is limited in utility since it can't be pivoted, restricts its use while running for example.-The motion sensor didn't seem to work in outdoor daylight while I was showing the unit to a friend, but that's not an issue since you'll be using it in the dark anyway.Overall, I really like the design, hope it lasts!
