This aspirin is not coated. It is just like any tablet that you would get from the pharmacy. As I understand it the coating it’s about making it easy on your stomach; in regard to its effectiveness I don’t think this makes a difference. In fact, a coated pill we take longer to reach the system.

Why not a pic with detailed inactive/ ‘other’ ingredients ?

I myself was unaware aspirin would have any inactive ingredients being it's just aspirin. Which is the only active ingredient. I peeled the label back to see the rest of the information printed on the reverse side of the label and yes there is one inactive ingredient: Corn Starch. My reason for getting this aspirin is because plain uncoated or non enteric coated aspirin doesn't seem to exist anymore in the stores. At least not that I could find. I keep these on hand in case of emergency regarding possible heart attack or stroke. You would chew one immediately and swallow. The enteric coated type cannot enter the system as fast.

Is this a coated tablet?

No. It's very powdery. It was fine as aspirin goes, but the bitter powder taste was not great.

Great daily low dose aspirin

This aspirin is fine but I do not like that the tablets are white so its easy to confuse with BP meds. Yellow would make my life easier but these are the right strength and meet the needs of a low dose daily aspirin
