Seektop Surf Bucket Hat with UPF 50+ UV Protection, Waterproof Surfing Hat

This funny-looking little bucket hat has saved my scalp for about three seasons now. It's a little faded, and there's wax on top from carrying my board, but it still protects me from the sun, and the strap keeps the lid attached even in heavy surf. If and when this surf hat wears out, I'll get another one just like it.

First time I have ever reviewed a product, but this was great. I was surfing (and wiping out) on 4-5 foot waves with a lot of chop. Not once did this hat fall off. Duck dive, no issue, tumbling under a wave, no issue. Only minor issue if any is I feel the orange faded a bit, but I also had it on in a chlorinated pool as well as the ocean.

I bought 3 at once in three different colors. All 3 have variations of chin strap length, floppiness and width of the brims. I bought their largest size hats to shade my giant brain slash calendar boy-old man looks, for when I surf, and the big hat sizes are suitably big. The problem is that some straps are too tight, some brims are floppy and can block vission, and some brims shade less. Crazy I know. That hats themselves have held up to a bit of uses and are overall functional, but not perfect.

I haven't had the chance to go surfing at the beach yet, but I can tell that this hat is very well-made—sturdy and durable. The fit is just right; once fastened, it stays securely in place, and it provides excellent sun protection for everyday wear. It is well worth the price.

Product as described, quality seems good. Delivered by the estimated delivery date. Only comment is that the back section of the strap sort of goes over the ear rather than sitting behind it, but that's probably to do with the individual wearing it.

I bought this for my husband for when he is out surfing. It always stays on and is pretty good quality too!

Have not had the chance to use it when kiteboarding but I love it already.

Surferd for decades never but never worn a hat surfing before though. It's great! Sun protection good chin strap and half the price of others o was considering buying.
