Nice feel. Doesn't fit well with my Hoka brand everyday shoes
These are very nice. I like the idea, but I have my everyday shoes set with elastic laces, so I have to slide my feet in & don't untie the shoes. Unfortunately these heel cups, while having a sticky back to try & keep them from moving, move every time I put my shoes on. I got the medium, because it says that is what I should get for my shoe size, but I don't think that they are wide enough for my heels. The other day I had to take them out because I was getting a blister as the side of the heel cup was rubbing against my foot about 1/4 from the edge of my heel. I wanted to like these, because they do seem to help my achilles tendinitis, but the fit is not the best for the type of shoe I have. I may try it in some of my other shoes.

Planter fasciitis relief
I've bought 4 pairs of these for different shoes. They are great. If you have any hint of plantar fasciitis they make a huge difference to comfort and minimizing pain.

Worked OK
These inserts were just OK. Shoes didn’t feel correct when I used them. Pain did subside some though while using.

Affordable pain relief
They really helped relieve my heel pain! Very great price—especially for the pain relief!

Not comfortable
They look comfortable but when I received them and put them in my shoes to try them and walk around, there was no pain relief at all. Not soft to wear them or be on my feet all day it made my heel hurt. It might just be my feet .
