Product has broke - how do I arrange a replacement under the lifetime guarantee?

Simple really. Email customer support and wait and wait and wait. Eventually you'll get a reply with a link. They'll inform you that it will cost you postage and the checkout will give you a cost of £5.00 but when you check your account it will show you two withdrawals one at £1,00 and one at £9.00. Feel like it's a con and I'm still waiting for my replacements. You might like to think about some pound shop ones instead as I'm still checking my account daily for fear of other unauthorised withdrawals.

What are the dimensions of the case which attaches to your smartphone?

It's not as wide as a credit card and about 2 centimeters longer...

Case is semi flexible and is more than adequate in keeping the glasses safe and secure.
