We are using this in our in-ear rack so we can quickly hook up to house sound systems. Works perfectly for that! Very durable metal case, and the length is perfect for our use. I've been running sound for over 30 years, and this snake is as good as anything out there. Absolutely no added noise, and very robust.

Replaced an older 8 channel snake with this model. I like the connector geometry and build quality. We have used this snake 5 gigs and all is well.

Bought this to use as a sub-snake to the drumkit. As it turns out I needed 10 In's so I reversed two of the returns and the fan end, (Replaced with neutrik xlr connectors.) and I use a gender adapter at the other end. All channels work fine. Upon arrival I tested each of the channels to be sure before the gig. Everything was good on all lines. I was a little surprised they all share the same ground, but with a circuit board snake I guess that would make the most sense. No noise, phantom power works fine. The housing is plastic, but not the brittle type so after approximately 10 gigs with it, it still looks like I just bought it. A good little sub-snake!

Seems to be a good product. One of the cables - #8 - does not work; but I make do. Cleans up the performance area. Only had it for a few months, but seems to be a good product.

Great 100 ft. 12X4 audio snake for the money. Some other reviewers are saying that the stage box is plastic. No says I! After further examination, I have discovered that the majority of the stage box is of a metal clam-shell design, which provides better RF shielding. The only plastic parts are the end caps that hold the clam-shell halves together using eight self-tapping screws. The diameter of the snake cable is a little thicker than some other 12x4 snakes that I have used in the past. This may be due to each individual channel having its own PVC jacket for the full, 100 feet length, which is actually a benefit. I have not yet used this model on a live gig yet, but having the connectors on a printed circuit board seems to also be a superior design feature. I installed this snake on a modified garden hose reel and I am ready to roll out!

This works great in my studio. I have a network stage box for my Presonus 32SC, which extends 16 of my inputs and 8 of my outputs to the stage area. I needed to extend another 8 inputs and 4 outputs to the other side of the stage area. This solved that issue without having to spend a ton of money on another network stage box. It is not a super rugged build, so you may not want to purchase this if it will be smashed around like some road gear often is. In my case, this is for a studio and will rarely, if ever, travel outside of my studio.
