Not good product.
Not sure of the point. Doesn’t appear to hold any warmth for very long. Used once and now in drawer somewhere.

This is a good product I was able to use it within 1 hr from the freezer .no issues at all .would recommend if you need a cold compress

Does what it says it does. Takes quite a while to heat in micro though hence dropped a star.
