Bought them for when I need any light movement, or to get in a quick workout during work (at home). They’re great, good quality and offer a suitable amount of resistance for some real workouts. They really shine in how portable they are, being able to hide them away in a nook and whip them out for a quick 30-min workout is very convenient. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I've been using these resistance bands for a while now, and I have to say, they’re a great addition to my home gym setup. The resistance level is decent, though I feel they could be a bit longer to allow for more range of motion in certain exercises. I mainly use them for arm and shoulder workouts, and they definitely provide a solid challenge. However, if you're on the taller side, you might find them a little short for certain movements. Still, they’re an affordable and convenient option for those looking to add some variety to their workout routine without taking up too much space.

Solidly constructed band with comfortable handles and includes a door anchor. Nothing here not to like!

Initially great, but unfortunately handles didn’t hold up. I’ve only had for 3 months and one of the grips broke. :/

This exercise band is just what I need for the Silver Sneakers classes at the gym. It's well made and worth the price. The color is pretty, as well.

Nice quality product. Great for resistance training and easy to adjust for lighter to heavier loads.
