Yes, you can give the Hound Honey on the same day you give Hydrocodone - but we recommend to give the Hound Honey -- 2 hours apart -- from the Hydrocodone. The concept is to let the medication do its function uninterrupted by the herbal formula. And vice versa let the herbal formula do its function uninterrupted by the medications.
