I wanted a new hammock for my portable stand that I take to the beach. I have the usual "without rope" hammocks, but I wanted the breeze to get through.That led me to very few options. I bought 2 other hammocks that were similar to this, but they were huge and didn't fit in the hammock well. After about 30 minutes, I figured out how to get those other hammocks about 5 inches off the ground. They were also hard to carry.This hammock stretched perfectly and is acting like a direct replacement for the original except with the string pattern I desired. I'm super happy. It's absolutely perfect as you can see from the picture.I'll update in 3-6 months about its durability. It's soft, and I have doubts about durability, but I wouldn't even mind needing to buy a new one every 6-12 months. I plan on using it a lot (like 3 times a week).I'm writing this review laying in the hammock at the beach at this moment (second picture!) Haha. Waiting for the space launch at 9 pm. Going to be comfortable!

Hammock came without the 4 extra screws needed to connect the wood pieces. I contacted the seller and they sent a second one that I was able to pull the screws from to make a complete hammock. The package came with a beige pillow about 30" long. It seems a little cozy for two adults over 200lbs but we haven't tried it yet. Definitely great for 1 person.It does not come with hooks. The mesh material is smooth, soft and comfortable.

This hammock came well packaged and it's a great size. The material is by no means your typical rope hammock however. It's more of many small threads tied together. I'm sure it would be soft but it would absorb moisture and dirt outside. I could see this being a nightmare to clean if you have trees around as the material picks up everything. It's definitely an inside hammock. There was also an unpleasant smell but it would have probably aired out. All hardware seemed durable. I was quickly refunded.

i asked amazon for help with finding a hammock for 2. i said i have stand for 9ft. maybe sitting side by side i am not happy..

Great price and just fit perfectly with the hammock stand i previously owned. Looks great, super breathable and very light weight. Holds 3 people on it.

The media could not be loaded. Received item in a box. No paper/plastic wrapper around it. Almost as if it was used by someone and sent back and then thrown in a box to send to someone else. Color is no where near what shows in pic . VERY, VERY thin material. And a stitch mark where it shouldn’t be…looks like it ripped and someone stitched it. Would not buy from again.

The thing is tiny. Won't fit my hammock stand. Barely wide enough for a single person. Notice the pix and video do not actually show a clear picture of an adult laying in the hammock...nope because nobody would want to buy a tiny kids hammock.

Gentle and infrequent use was apparently too much for this hammock. It tore in half and made our guest fall. I ordered a new one, and this second one ripped even faster. The photos show the tear that occurred within months of gentle use. Incredibly dangerous.

I always wanted to swing like the Monkeys, and now I do. Super soft material for hammock fabric. Easy to wash, and holds 2 fully grown adults no problemo. Also found it works great for Stretches and the occasional Gymnastics practice. 5/5

If your like me and need a replacement hammock for the tranquillo frame, then this will work! Note the size differences on different colors. I got the green one, which I think is more of a single size than a double. It fit my frame on the highest setting. Unfortunately it had a pick/tear in it and I returned it and got a different color that has slightly bigger sizing. It IS wider and slightly longer and fits on a lower setting.The frame has always been sturdy and mine is a few years old, still going strong. But I wish the company clearly sold a replacement hammock only for the frame. The hammocks themselves are very comfortable. My original hammock that came with the frame a few years ago was even nicer than the current ones, it was more of a fabric then a netting. I really like the band they have on the tops and bottom that keeps it separated/wide that's not wooden.
