Was a little skeptical when I purchased these, but I was tired of the ugly sweat stains on my favorite golf cap. These work as advertised! Simply peel and stick on the inside front of your cap. You can feel them there, but they don’t make the cap any tighter. I suppose if your cap was tight to begin with, this might make the cap too tight. I now don’t have to worry about the sweat stains. These also prevent sweat from dripping down you brow, down your face and onto your sunglasses (super annoying when putting). The only minor complaint I have is they they don’t adhere as well as I would have hoped. If my hat is sitting on the shelf overnight, sometimes they fall off. This isn’t much of a problem because you just stick them back on and they aren’t gonna fall of while you’re wearing the hat. They do stick to themselves easily (think of accidentally folding duct tape sticky side to sticky side). So you have to take care once you peel off the backing. They will basically last forever if you don’t sweat. Everyone sweats in different amounts so it’s hard to say exactly how long they would last for everyone. I would say they last 2 golf rounds for me if it’s hot. Overall a great product and I’ll buy more when my current pack runs out.

They work well absorbing sweat, but really can’t use them more than twice because they will start stinking bad. Like really bad. So having to replace these so often doesn’t make it cost effective. Also a pain in the butt trying to remove the adhesive backing.

I bought a pack of six of these last August (2019) (on Amazon) for under $10. I put them in a couple of "baseball" type caps and a couple of bucket hats. I wear baseball caps when golfing or working outside, and bucket hats when fishing and for most other outdoor activities. I wore these hats through late summer and early fall, and starting again this spring. Based on this somewhat limited experience, I will say they do absorb sweat and add to the comfort of wearing a hat. There is a point however when they will become saturated and the benefits are mostly lost until they dry. For someone who spends long days sweating in the sun (think of hauling hay or something like that) they may actually be less useful than for someone lightly perspiring while riding around in a golf cart. I just washed my hats, and didn't try to reuse the liners. (I don't think they can be cleaned except for surface dirt.) For my purposes I like them enough that I was going to order some more, but they are not a "have to have them" item. I am hesitating right now because they have nearly doubled in price in less than a year. At around a buck-fifty OK, at around $3, I am experiencing a little price resistance. I plan to use the two I have left and wait to see if the price drops.

Got these for my golfing husband and he said they work well.

These hat liners do exactly what they promise initially. I used one on a high-end Melin hat and it kept sweat stains away without any issues. After a few hot days once it started to get sweaty and ready to replace I took it off. When I removed it, the adhesive stayed behind on the hat and now sticks to my forehead and gets into my hair every time I wear it. Essentially saved the hat from sweat only to ruin an expensive hat in a different way. Wish the adhesive was higher quality — great concept, poor execution on the removal side.

One of the reasons I didn’t really wear my hats was because I didn’t want to ruin something of value in such a short time because of my sweat 😅 and so I immediately added it to my cart like any faithful Amazon buyer would do, got it & I liked this product a lot! A few things, the adhesion is something that I would say is lacking, absorbing 🧽 sweat is top notch and as far as comfort, well it does feel a bit rough on my forehead but I can cope with it (to each his own). All in all the product is a good accessory if you like to take care of your caps and even more so my football 🏈 5 time Super Bowl championship winning valuable caps 🧢 😏😌😁

Husband loves these things. He is a repeat customer. He puts them in all his favourite hats. They do sweat through on really hot days though. But great for everyday wear.

The product is weak. It keeps coming of the cap when not in use.
