Perfect for by the shower! Easy to wash due to its size. This was the third one I purchased and if it pops up again on sale I will get another.

The back of the rug is almost sticky- so it will grip your floor and stay in place. It's appears well made and I don't see any "holes" in the material. I've not had to wash it yet so I hope it does not fall apart, if it does I will edit my review to reflect that. The rug is thick enough to comfortably stand on and will absorb the water from your feet after showering. I don't use it as an entry way rug so I cannot speak to how it holds up with dirt. Overall, this rug is well made, the thickness of it seems just right and I was skeptical of that until I saw it.

This is the second one I buy. Absolutely love this rug. It absorbs when my kid walks out the shower without the water going through to the tile and the rug doesn't feel soaked. Easy to wash in the washer. I have not tried drying it in the dryer by that's because I don't really dry any of my mats in the machine. It also grips well on my tile.

"Experience walking on clouds... high pile density cradles your feet" No. It is a soft high pile that your feet will sink into, but the density of the pile is such that you will feel every not on the bottom of the rug where the pile is attached. It is like walking on a cloud with bumps. They are not real hard, but they are very noticeable. The pile simply is not dense enough to keep your feet of the bumpy bottom. I also didnt think it gripped very well and it tends to drift out of place. I prayed the bottom with a spray rubber to get it to grip better. Otherwise it is pretty nice. It stays looking clean. Is comfortable enough. I love it's larger size and how well it fits my toilet. Although it wasn't what I was expecting, I think it may still be good enough. Just be more realistic on what you may be getting.

In the product description size is given 24"×36" but the actual size 40cm ×60cm. The details should be correct otherwise return of the product is harassment for the customer.
