This kit is amazing value. With four different items, you are making a big saving.I got the big roller to help with recurring hamstring tightness (martial arts practice over many years). I saw reviews of similar items saying they were too harsh, but I find this is not the case. I have to really put my weight on the roller to get into the deep hamstring, so perhaps I am the target audience. The roller is really robust and gives me a lot of confidence.The small balls are excellent for deltoid massage, particularly the plain hockey ball. I just lean against the wall with the ball between my shoulder and the wall. Delightful!The bar-shaped roller is not really aggressive enough for deep massage, but is effective for a gentle rub on the quads.My muscles are still tight (if only life was that easy) but combined with my regular stretching and exercise routines these devices should help. I still have to decide whether to get one of those percussive guns!

I like this set it's great. Storage bag do good job. Massage stick ,balls really make my session full of "good touch". But big roller after 35 session is broken inner tube crack and make very irritating noise.

Well I must say, this is an absolute life saver! I’ve had this item for a few months and purposely waited before reviewing. I’ve had back pain for years, the relief I get when this thing, mainly the black foam roller goes up and down my spine. I have found I am able to move and even walk easier now and the pain had completely gone. If I don’t use it for a few days I feel the pain creeping back and I use this again and it’s gone. Perfect, couldn’t ask more of it, worth every penny.

It was too hard for me, I even could not do for 1 minute. But the slim bar does not work for me, too slightly massage while the bigger one is too hard. I guess I will need to do more massage that get used to the bigger one. But quality is definitely good and the whole set is a good deal.

I've been using this as part of a routine for my back. I already had lacrosse balls and roll on the floor with them for my traps but wanted something meatier to help stretch my back. I looked at several rollers and knew this was really knobbly and hard and indeed it was. The big roller I use it for my back and roll on the floor. I can't fully have my bottom up in the air as the roller is too firm, but the knobbly bits does help dig into my muscles to loosen them and my spine is stretched as I roll (sometimes I hear small cracks as I roll which is satisfying). The spikey ball I use on the wall and pressing against it in certain areas and use it mainly for above my shoulder blade. The long green roller I've been using it on my thighs and helps get the blood flowing when sitting down watching TV.

So far enjoying it. I would say it's worth a money for a starter pack and easy to store away plus a free guide book to help you start up.
