If you have NO lighter in car - Get another concentrator brand that has a different car connection.
I am lucky that I have an older car that has a lighter connection. WHY THE RYTHM HEALTHCARE COMPANY HAS NOT ADDRESS THAT SITURATION IS ANYBODY GUESS!
