Having fallen down more hardwood floor stairs than I care to share, I grew scared to rent apartments that weren’t more than one-story. Yes, it’s that bad. These are thick, comfortable, durable, and stick well to the step. In the past, other mats stop being sticky randomly and slide under my foot while I’m walking down. It’s scary! They are also easy to vacuum without the mat’s stickiness giving way and getting sucked up. They work and look great!

We have thirteen wood stairs. They are in need of covering, and I have gotten treads before but they were never right. Our stairs are wide. These treads fit perfectly to the sides of the stairs. I was afraid they would have adhesive underneath but they don't. They have a nonslip surface so you can actually pick up the tread and move it, yet it stays where you put it! They are not too thin but have a foamy feel and texture. When you walk on them, it's a soft feel and not hard. We have the brown color and it is nice.

Unfortunate how expensive wide carpet treads are.These are fine overall and good for the price.Easy to install but don't still amazingly well. For safety put a bunch of carpet tape under.They are quite thin, so don't cushion that much, but enough.They look good when clean .. but being super dark gather / show stuff easily.

Absolutely fantastic. They look beautiful, much better than the pictures. They stick to the stairs and don't move whatsoever. Don't forget to remove the plastic from the back. They feel good on bare feet. I have 38-inch wide stairs, so the extra width is really important for my 10 lb dog. He would crash periodically on the previous 30-inch treads and eventually was scared to go up the stairs. The pricing for 36-inch wide treads is about half of what everyone else wants. I am so happy to have bought these.

For the price the treads are good. The major issue is that they are delivered folded and this is a huge issue. I installed these a few days ago and they are not adhering in the middle. I tried putting something very heavy on the tread to force them to stick in the middle but that didn't work. I also tried a heat gun and the middle popped back up the next day.

In under a month the treads seem to be pealing away from the adhesive strip. Will probably become a tripping hazard.They are shipped folded in half resulting the bent part pealing away even before installation.The fibers seem to be coming off.Not looking like this will last long.

Their size is perfect. They stick to the floor without being gluey. Our dogs don’t slip or slide anymore. I love these things

Wish there were more color options and matching mat for stair landing. Very happy otherwise. Hard to find size, very good quality and fantastic price.

Bought theses look nice but do not stick well .

They are fantastic, colour is great, do not move once put down, literally helped us get a terrified foster dog up & down our primary stairs. Highly recommend

It works

we got these because our dogs were having problems using the stairs in our home without slipping. These are perfect for them. Easy to put down. At first we didn't think they would stick because the back doesn't feel very sticky but once they are down they don't budge. I'm happy with this purchase.
