OMG- This is soooo fantastic! I learned of this product from Sip and Feast creator, James Delmage to give him a shout out! I used it tonight to create a tomato sauce and I cannot believe how the added flavor lifted my home canned tomatoes to a most delicious level. One tsp+ was not enough for a qt of canned tomato sauce to give you an idea of the spiciness. It's spicy but it's not just hot... the flavor is magnificent!

Smooth and spicy chili paste. Great in sauces, on shrimp, really in anything you want to enhance flavor.
