Can this be used if you have no bottom. Teeth?

Would be hard to make the lower Instant Smile work without any lower teeth. These cosmetic lowers need something to anchor to besides your gums. I guess it is possible but would take some doing.

They are tiny,I just wanted something temporary until I got my teeth fixed,these were a joke and I sent them right back.Don't waste your time...

Can you wear them as a lower denture if you have no real teeth in your mouth

That is why I purchased these, but they are just like shown in the picture so it is hard to wear if no back teeth to help hold them in place, they are flat with nowhere to put oral adhesive like fixadent. They are very realistic looking but only on the front side. Not designed to wear as dentures because they are mostly frontal designed for appearance and too thin to sit in mouth without a way to anchor them in place.

Can these be cut to use just a section?

I had no problem cutting some of the back part. Just need a very good exact knife or razor blade and patience.
