Warms my hands nicely. I have Reynaud's syndrome and this helps my circulation.

Bad formula, faulty philosophy
Sorry to post a negative review, but this product was a total disappointment. I have forearm neuropathy due to diabetes, and this product provided only minimal pain relief, while the menthol content is so high that it actually burned more with it on than before application, not to mention stinking obnoxiously. The odor eventually lessened, but I still had virtually no relief from the neuropathic burning sensation, and finally headed for the shower to get rid of the remaining smell. Plain arnica cream works better, and doesn't add the menthol problem.
