Works in my 23-year old York unit
Works great. Replaced the compressor fan motor in a 23 year old York unit and replaced the capacitor while I was there. This is the one the specs called for. Replaced easily and seems to be doing a great job. Just like my direct replacement motor, this was similiar as I took out the old cap, out this one in, and matched the 3 wires to the same 2, 3, and 4 prong

Fit and Running again
Good replacement capacitor for my old AC unit. It fit properly, was easy to wire in, and got the fan motor running again. The rating is useful while I’ll need more time to see how long it lasts.

Make sure you have good DIY instructions, be careful, and go slow.
After watching several instructional DIY videos, I decided to change my HVAC capacitor myself. Following the DIY online instructions including all the safety steps, replacement only took a few minutes. Once I reengaged the system, it fired right up. I bought an extra one, just incase, and for future usage.
