Make sure you have good DIY instructions, be careful, and go slow.
After watching several instructional DIY videos, I decided to change my HVAC capacitor myself. Following the DIY online instructions including all the safety steps, replacement only took a few minutes. Once I reengaged the system, it fired right up. I bought an extra one, just incase, and for future usage.

Fit and Running again
Good replacement capacitor for my old AC unit. It fit properly, was easy to wire in, and got the fan motor running again. The rating is useful while I’ll need more time to see how long it lasts.

Works in my 23-year old York unit
Failed after only 4 months. Cheap junk based on it literally failing this early. It's been a relatively mild summer as we normally have 105-110 degree temps and just have been in the high 90s and this thing failed yesterday. Tested with the multi and it was under spec and didn't have the juice to kick the motor on. I had to run to home Depot and grab a good one as our house was hot and last night was unusually hot so we had no relief until 630am this morning. Swapped in one and it's working again. Specs are great but life expectancy is a joke.
