Picky Eater Spoiled Maltipoo Approved
My maltipoo puppy is spoiled and a horribly picky eater but he was obsessed the moment I came through the door with this one. We had trouble transitioning him from the horrible brand the breeder was feeding him. He was allergic to it and it was giving him gut issues. So the last few weeks we’ve been trying different foods to see which he liked and what was actually good and healthy for a puppy. Blue buffalo made him horribly sick so I was a bit desperate to find a new HEALTHY brand for my baby. I was happy when someone recommended this brand and I saw all the good reviews. I mixed the kibble in with his wet food (rice, chicken, pumpin, vitamins, etc) I make and another kibble from Nature’s logic that he seems to enjoy and he literally cleared the entire bowl and was walking around for a good hour with one of the freeze dried chunks in his mouth lol. He ate and licked the entire bowl clean! The size of the kibble wasn’t too big for him to chew with him only being 4 months. And he genuinely seemed so much happier and energetic after he ate so it’s safe to say he was satisfied with the quality. We played for a good hour. He was bouncing off the walls happy after he ate. Then he took a nice long nap. So far it seems he hasn’t had any digestion issues but the way we transitioned it in I don’t foresee any digestion issues. I’m really so happy we finally found a brand my puppy loves that’s good for him!!! If my baby is happy I’m happy. Will be sticking with this choice for a while.

Great food!
I have been using Open Farm for several years, with great results. My dogs love it, they have perfect skin, teeth and coats on it- it is well tolerated and easy to digest. Stools are small and firm, and they have never had digestive issues on this food. As a CVT I have recommended it to clients as well, and have never received a complaint from the ones who have tried it.

Great dog food! Great Quality
My year old Whippet has always had a sensitive stomach. It's been a real stressful year for us to find the best way to alleviate his bowel issues. We have done a food intolerance test (not 100% reliable but definitely a great guide) and chicken was not an issue for him which is surprising. Initially when feeding him this food his bowel movement were still terrible - but after soaking the kibble till it because soft through and through it is like night and day. Every dog is different so if you are in the same boat as we were with Kai - I would recommend soaking it. It doesnt smell great but they think it smells delicious haha. Pros: - Fantastic quality and all traceable - Love the freeze dried raw bits - Kibble doesnt smell great in general but the dry form of this kibble is actually pretty tolerable haha - Love that is has 31% protein - Appreciate that the first 3 ingredients are protein - NO protein by-products Cons: - It's quite expensive for a 20 pound bag (In my opinion but I will pay for it for the well being of my furchild) - Wish there was more freeze dried raw bits Overall - I will purchase it again. I tried other big brands and it just made my dog's stool worse (even the sensitive skin/stomach recipe)

So good!
My dogs favorite food - and so good for them! No more tummy upset since I started them on this food. It was recommended by a dog breeder and my dogs love it! Worth the price!

It's Good
I switched to the Raw Mix from Ancient Grains Small Dog. My dog love the small dog food but I don't care for the smell of it. I thought this might be different. It's not (but she still likes it, so. I was worried about the raw mix being too large for a small dog (11 lbs.). As you can see in the side by side photo, there's only a small difference, so this food is fine for small dogs. I gave 4 stars because of the price, for only a 3.5 lb. bag. As you can see in the photo, there is very little "raw". The kibble is the same as the regular ancient grains that comes in a 4 lb. bag that I can get for $18 or so. I don't think this bag will even last my dog a whole month. I'll probably go back to the regular Ancient Grains. Seems to be a good food & my dog likes it but this price for a TINY amount of "RAW" is a huge rip off.

Great Kibble
I recently switched my dog's diet to Open Farm's RawMix Ancient Grains Front Range Recipe, and it has been an absolute game-changer. This RawMix blend, which uniquely combines kibble, bone broth, and freeze-dried raw ingredients, has not only piqued my dog's interest but also his appetite. He absolutely loves this kibble! The quality of the humanely raised protein and the inclusion of non-GMO fruits and veggies are apparent in his enthusiastic response at meal times. The blend is inspired by the wild, which seems to resonate well with my dog, offering him a taste of nature. What I appreciate most is the thoughtfulness behind the ingredients - they are carefully selected and beneficial for his health. Seeing my dog so happy and energetic after his meals gives me peace of mind that I'm providing him with a nutritious, high-quality diet. Open Farm's commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing is the cherry on top, making this product not just good for my pet, but also for the planet.

My dog threw it up
My dog liked it at first, but eventually grew to vomit it up for no perceivable reason. He won’t touch it now. It has an expired odor to it. Very upset that I can’t return this.

Great but expensive.
My dogs loved this food but man I find it expensive. I can buy a 14kg bag of Purina for less which is great food so I can't make this a replacement unfortunately. So we are treating it as a special treat rather than main food.

So Glad They’re on Amazon!
I’ve always picked these up from local pet shops but just realized Amazon carries them too, so convenient! My dog absolutely loves OpenFarm Rawmix and has even gained some healthy weight since we made the switch. Great ingredients, great results. Highly recommended for picky eaters or dogs needing a little extra nutrition!

Good product
Great quality food! Did not make my dog vomit, have explosive diarrhea or torrential farts. Thank you for these avoidances. My life is much more pleasant. A little pricey though.
