These are actually tuned quite well.
I bought a couple of these because they're cheap and small enough to pack in small places. First thing I did was calibrate my little VNA and throw them on it to see where they were tuned, and they are basically dead-center tuned for 2.4GHz wifi DSSS channel 8 (2447 MHz), so right in the middle of the 2.4GHz spectrum. Nice. SWR on them Is < 1.5:1 from 2400-2500MHz, with the resonant frequency being 2456MHz @ 1.18:1, easily making them usable for wide modes like OFDM. If you look at the close-up picture, you can see that they incorporated a little balun match section into the PCB between the driven element section, which apparently is right on the money, at least in the eyes of my VNA, which usually gets it right as long as it's calibrated (which it was). The elements do seem to be spaced a lot more closely than most yagi design programs tend to want you to put them, which makes me wonder how they will hold up to one of my homebrew ones. I still need to test them at a distance, but they should act somewhat yagi-like, and they shouldn't burn up your wifi adapter as long as you only use them for 2.4GHz band.

Sold as each not the pair
Very misleading , makes you think you’re getting a pair not just one ! My fault for not reading the fine print

Good directional WIFI antenna.
Good antenna, don't have a VNA to put it on but I would assume all is spot on judging by excellent directional performance.

Much worse than a 5DBI omnidirectional
A omnidirectional antenna gets more gain in the wrong orientation than this Yagi antenna gets pointing directly at the source

5.4 don’t bother
Very well tuned for 2.4 ghz it’s like a magnet where it’s pointed

As advertised directional yagi, works great.
NEVER expect 'amazing' results. (5 stars cause facts) i DID get 12 dBi gain, DIRECTLY at my source, through a brick wall. As advertised THESE ARE DIRECTIONAL ANNENNAS! (not OMNI) Know what you are buying. Good Quality, connectors were correct. Installed easy, like any other antenna and Functioned as specified.

Very Good Directivity
At 5 GHz, the main lobe provides very good direction selectivity. The antenna is light weight and easy to use for mobile work. Be advised, the description says SMA connectors. However, the antenna is actually fitted with an RP-SMA connector (Reverse Polarity-SMA) This is standard on Wifi access points. You will need an adapter to connect to standard SMA as used on test equipment. Recommended.

Ok antenna
Don't believe I'm getting 12 dB out of the unit more like 8 db. This unit did work for my needs and it not a bank buster.
