Yes, this is entirely normal for a carbon-brushed motor.

Sparkling inside the machine when runs simply, spark some outside sometimes

It is not a problem . In this model do some sparking. And also Company said that is not problem . If you think that it is problem you can visit near by BOsch Service center and also carry invoice and warranty card of Drill machine.
