Is the product safe to use on plastics, I.e will it degrade a plastic bottle I want to clean it with

I cleaned my brushes with this and put it in a cut up lemonade bottle so it may be ok

Is it ok for removing gloss paint marks off concrete slabs?

Basically this is a good paint and varnish brush cleaning fluid with very little odour, I would suggest you go to that famous paint store, and read the guidlines on 'paint stripper'.
