The ad made it look simple to install. I made it sound like you just unplug a connection and put this item in between the 2 connectors. When I opened the box, it was full of wires and connectors. So I returned it.

Worked the first day but hasn't yet to work when I actually needed it. I'll try and troubleshoot it this weekend but if this is going to be a common issue it's not worth it... If I fix it and have no problems from then on out I'll update my review but until this...

Easy to setup but would not program to my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan crew all lights flashed at the same time and couldn’t reset

A pile of wires and a plastic box were in the package with a tiny sheet of paper about 2" x 2" with 5 different languages non of them were English, I assume they were instructions of some kind, ill never know. There was a website on that paper that I went to and it required me to join their little club with the promise of a diagram to help with installation. I did and that diagram was just a picture with a bunch of unlabeled wires that didn't seem to correlate to anything in my vehicle. I wanted to return the item but didn't realize I had only 30 days to return it. It took me that long just to get around to attempting to install it. So now all I can do is write this review, cause im out $70 some dollars for this item that I cannot use.

I ordered this item at end of summer and with no rush to install didnt attempt to until a couple weeks ago that summer is coming back. First things, the item was missing an integral part, the 20 pin connection to their credit, it was programmed for the correct car, however, i still need to buy a flash programmer b/c they programmed the correct car, not for the key 3x lock but for a remote device..... so i spent $60 on the item, another $45 to order it again not programmed so that i would have the 20 pin connector that Car Buys refuse to help me get after they say it was inthe box (it wasn't) and now $40 to get the programmer. It better work after all that! Fortin though, the product manufacture has been phenomenal on the cs part
