Happy as a (leathery) clam!
It is clear that these products work. I purchased this set initially to condition a new leather chair that I bought on clearance from a local retailer. Since it was a clearance item, it was in a warehouse-type room and touched by multiple people. It is a stunning read leather chair with wooden arms and it was too good to pass up. Consequently, I wanted to clean it even though it was new. I tested the leather first (as they suggest) and both products were perfectly compatible. (As an aside, they have an AWESOME blog on their website about all things leather and how to care for it. The articles are interesting and written with humor which makes them fun to read.) Both products cleaned the chair well. I actually got more gunk off of the chair with the No.2 conditioner which I assume is partly due to the fact that the No.1 cleaner had loosened things up. The chair is incredibly supple and clean and makes me so glad I ordered these together. I've since gone on to clean and condition my belts (8 or so). A few belts were cracking near the hooking point. One belt in particular seemed all too happy to be conditioned and it is now more supple, moist, and a few of the cracks have disappeared. (Perhaps they weren't really cracks but just the beginning signs of where the leather wanted to crack... I don't know. Either way, it's a happier belt.) My most recent project has been to clean and condition the leather on my piano bench. I have a large vintage grand piano with a concert-style leather artist's bench. These benches alone sell for around $800-1200 new. Mine came with my instrument at purchase but it is an older bench. I'd guesstimate that it is about 50 or so years old (the piano itself dates to 1903!). It's leather wasn't the cleanest and it was plainly evident that the leather was drying out and nearing it's cracking point due to its use and age. The cleaner alone made the bench look nearly brand new again. After applying two coats of No.2 a few hours apart, the leather is quite supple and clearly much happier. I have no doubt that this conditioning helped add many years to the bench. The leather is darker, it is soft and supple, and some of the cracking has sealed/healed/abated... (however you want to put it). These two bottles paid for themselves 10x over on this project alone! Having a new baby on the way, I have a peace of mind that if there's ever spit-up on my brand new rocker, I have a very easy and effective way to immediately clean it right up before there's ever a problem. They are worth having for this peace of mind. I'll wrap this up since it's time to go do all my shoes and my leather coat....

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE CHAMBERLAINโS!!! THE VERY BEST!!!!!!
OMG!!!!!! Chamberlainโs Milk Leather Cleaner and Conditioner / Moisturizer is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! It literally restored several of my leather items that were really worn and dry, and made them look shiny, feel very soft and supple, water beaded off of the leather so it also will help to protect the leather. Both the Milk Cleaner and Conditioner /Moisturizer are easy to apply. Only a little is needed to clean or moisturize quite a large area. I just rubbed it in with a soft cloth, left it in for a few minutes, then buffed it off. I used the white sponge looking item included for the buffer. My driest handbag literally โdrank inโ the conditioner / Moisturizer. I cleaned, moisturized and conditioned eight to nine items : three Leather Jackets and five to six large to extra large size leather tote , hobo, or shoulder handbags, and used only one third of a bottle of each of Chamberlainโs Milk Leather Cleaner and Conditioner /Moisturizer. Chamberlainโs does say to test an area first. One of my handbags did darken, but it added to the beauty of the leather. For my Pebble Leather Handbags, it was perfect. It may not remove all stains, as noted on the bottle, but it did for most. Chamberlainโs is my go to for ALL of my Leather goods from now on!!!!!

It has worked great on all of the above
Used these products on.... My leather duty belt (LEO), my Justin's and my Saddleback bag. It has worked great on all of the above. It did slightly darken the color of my boots.... It didn't affect the duty belt (only did the waist-side, not the black leather exterior) and it thankfully didn't change the color of my bag. But I don't care about it affecting the boots. The smell of the Number 1 is....delicious. Don't drink it obviously, but it smells amazing. The cleaner doesn't have a smell, which was a nice surprise. Some of that stuff can smell awful. I dinged it a star because of the way the cleaner comes out of the bottle. There needs to be a spout or some way of slowing down the flow better. It comes right out and flows directly down the side of the bottle and onto the floor. Sure, I can keep a towel/cleaning pad pressed against the bottle but I shouldn't have to. So it does get a little messy. The number 1 is considerably more viscous, so this isn't an issue. That being said, it's a small gripe for arguably the best leather cleaner available. Get it!

I like this stuff! And the people were VERY helpful
I'd used...Zymol? for a long time but was looking for something more specific, plus that wasn't available or something. From reviews and their website I settled on this and am quite happy so far. Actually I think one of the secrets is they snapped me out of using old T-shirts or whatever, because they include cleaning/applicator pads, a nice touch. The pads appear to be https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B001Q8IXW2 "Viking Cotton Terry Wax Applicator Pads - 6 Pack" and they really get out more grime than an old T-shirt I used for comparison. By the way, first of course you should vacuum, and I actually do that along the seat-bottom seams (the ones that pinch down inward and collect all the little crumbs and crud) by holding them open and working an old toothbrush in there to loosen stuff. The milk left the leather looking nicer, and then I applied the conditioner. BIG HINT: I don't use pads for that-why apply product to soak in and waste my money? I slather conditioner on rubber dishwashing gloves I use just for this, and then I rub the gloves all over the leather. I do this when it is hot, leather out of direct sun though, on a day I am going no place or in the evening, and just let the conditioner soak in. Chamberlain left the car looking a lot better. There was also some sunscreen staining which I contacted them about, and their responses had a great helpful attitude. WARNING: Do NOT NOT NOT use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen, at least not in SPF 70 or higher, not sure about the 45. It will make a MESS and ruin your car interior, and really really truly does not come off.

Great product, and it really works!!!
Wow this stuff is magic! I've used a lot of leather cleaner and lotion on my bags and this is probably one of the best I've tried. Used this on three purses and a pair of boots. The boots had spots on them and were dull and faded. The straight cleaner seemed to fade the stains to nearly gone and the moisturizer blended them in and added a lustrous glow. After I buffed the leather, they had a nice, mellow shine. One purse had major body/hand oils on the handle, which turns out is not a good thing for leather. Using the straight cleaner lightened it up a shade and lightened some of the stains on the body of the purse a bit. The other purses weren't in bad shape, so I didn't use the cleaner on them, only the moisturizing lotion. They did benefit greatly from the lotion, and again, it gave them a nice, mellow sheen. Comes with an applicator pad (fabric and foam, like a car wax pad, but nicer). It's a good idea not to use too much of the conditionerโฆjust as much as you need and then maybe 2-3 times a year, or as needed. The odor of the lotion is wonderful. It smells like almond milk and is really quite mild on the hands too. I highly recommend this product for all leather. It's wonderful and really does work!!!

My leather goods are LOVING it
I have used this duo on a wallet and a lambskin designer bag. Both w/ wonderful results. The leather feels supple and shiny. I highly recommend this brand. Their customer service and youtube videos are fantastic. Daniel at Leather Milk went of his way to help me research a designer bag and how to clean it. There's something to be said about fantastic customer service that sets apart products. I also like that their ingredients are natural so I never feel like I'm breathing in cleaning fumes. The pads that come with your product is also really helpful in regards to cleaning your leather goods. Lastly, I also think their branding and messaging is really fun (sorry I work in social media), so kudos to this wonderful company. Get their products. You won't regret it!

Cleaned built up sun screen spots on our leather sofa
After looking at many leather cleaning products on-line, I came across a web page for Chamberlain's Leather Milk that had information for all different types of leather cleaning/conditioning problems. Our leather sofa (about 20 years old) was getting spots on it from sunscreen that we had applied daily on our arms. Until we retired a couple years ago, my husband's spot on the couch was the only area that had some yellowing due to sunscreen. Since I was now using sunscreen on a daily basis, I started to notice yellow spots on my side of the couch from my arms. THAT really bugged me. In reading some information from Chamberlain's, I decided to purchased the #2 Cleaner and #1 Conditioner. I did as suggested and tried both products on an unobtrusive area. I chose the bottom of one of the seat cushions. I applied both the cleaner and conditioner in 2 separate areas there and all was good. I saw no difference in color. Yay! I tried out the cleaner on one of the spots on the base of a cushion and WOW, yellowish and dirty colored sunscreen came up easily on the pad. I kept switching to clean spots on the pad and soon the whole pad was dirty. I didn't want to oversaturate the area, so I stopped working on it and figured I would come back to it another day. After that initial cleaning I applied some conditioner. Before I used the pads, I sent Chamberlain's an e-mail to see how I should clean the pad. They said hand cleaning was fine; just make sure all the soap was out. They replied back within 1/2 hour. Awesome! I shared a couple more e-mails with them -- so delighted they were available if I needed help. Today I did some more cleaning. I re-cleaned the cushion base area I initially worked on. Not much came up on the bad. I think I'm happy with that spot. I cleaned another spot on the back of the couch. That came off pretty easy. With the backside of the cleaning pad I started on my husband's arm cushion. Wow. Lots of dirty stuff came off on the pad. I had to quit because the pad was too dirty to continue. The area is a bit tacky, from the softened sunscreen, so my husband will probably want to use a towel on that area until I get it entirely cleaned. After that, I can do spot cleaning as needed. I also bought a long-sleeved linen shirt to wear while I sit on the couch so I can avoid more spots. I don't think I can convince my husband to do the same. Oh well. At least I have the tools to clean it now. Now I'm looking forward to using the conditioner in my car. Thanks so much for an awesome product and customer service, Chamberlain's Leather Milk!!

It worked... more or less.
My dark jeans washed off on my calf-skin beige purse and that's the reason I purchased the cleaner. I tried #1 first. The dye was lighter but there was a smudge around the area after the solution dried up. So I tried #2. It cleaned better, the dye came off more but it made the leather really hard. After that, I let it dry for a day and then re-applied the #1 to soften the leather but it seems #1 darkened the leather color a little bit. All in all, the dye was not 100% (maybe 60%) but my purse looks much better. The stain was not obvious. Before I bought this product, I got a quote from a pro leather cleaner and they wanted to charge me $300. I'm glad I spent $30 on these solution and tried it myself. It's no miracle but it helped.

Cleaning milk is excellent but I'm not impressed with the conditioner
The cleaning liquid is excellent and leaves the leather matt and feels quite nice but the conditioner makes the leather shinny, yet dull and a bit sticky. I tried the conditioner on my hiking boot and it disappointed me by leaving it dull, yet made my camera bag left a bit shiny and sticky! I would say in comparison, Chamberlain's Leather healing balm that comes in a tub is a better product made by the same people!

Brings out the best in leather!
Chamberlain's Milk brings out the very best in premium leather. I used it as directed and it did wonders for the rejuvenation process. Now just to keep up the required maitinance as described. This formula kills all the rest out there and makes leather soft and supple again and brings out the best attributes of my Lazy Boy Sports Chair๐๐
