Will these fit a 2022 hyundai elantra N?

If they are listed to fit a 2022 Elantra then they will fit the N model as there is no difference in the basic design of the door or glass. However just be aware that I bought a set for my 2020 Tucson Sport and on the box when it arrived said 2016-2019 even tho it was listed 2016-2021 and the front vent shades were not even close to fitting. Thankfully I'm an Autotech for 24 years so I new well enough to check for fitment of all 4 before starting to install them. I had to return them as they were not even close to fitting. The rear windows guards would have fit. Also the quality is not great and the sharp corners and straight lines looked terrible on my 2020 Tucson Sport. Maybe look for a different product and spend a bit more as I did.

Will these work on a santa cruz? they are essentially the same windows but with a bed.

fronts work fine, but Cruz doors are about 4" shorter than Tucson so the rears no unless modified.
