Disappointed force
Great looking sabre, and hour after assembly it said something then craped out. Will not turn back on

Amazing
Me and my sons took it to Disneyland and had multiple people ask where to get ours Sabers because it was much brighter and a lot more options on the saber itself. The power button should have been somewhere else or be covered due to it constantly shutting off when doing tricks.

Amazing I have the v7 but the v8 I got for a friend and the neo pixel is really great loud and bright I definitely getting another one for myself

Very impressive
This is my first neopixel lightsaber and for the price it's really good . Super bright blade . I just wish it was a bit louder but over all nice

it’s mid
so i got it as a cheap neopixel i originally wasn’t gonna until i found this one cheap but my biggest problem with it was it glitched a lot and i guess the core was older so the turn off mode never went down it was either in the middle or up and the light and sound would just turn off every once in awhile. it’s not bad if u want a seriously cheap one i guess but i would just pay the extra money off of a good website like imperial workshop or saber pros.

Poor Quality
Battery life is attrocious. I get about 30 to 40 minutes before it needs to be recharged. Nowhere even close to 4 hours as stated on their website and in the listing. The blade does not retract properly. Sometimes it retracts as it should but sometimes it retracts in reverse or splits in the middle. There is no setting to correct this. I could probably live with that for the price but the battery doesn't even last a full 40 minutes and then takes well over 2 hours to charge. I am returning it and giving it 1 star for such bad quality.

So very disappointed
The product quality was disappointing for what I paid for it. It seems like a cheap mixture of plastic with some aluminum parts. We charged it per instructions and it never worked properly. The buttons and controls seem cheaply made. And then after the disappointment of the product, the return process has been more complicated than normal Amazon returns. And to top it all off my Amazon account was hacked shortly after. A truly frustrating and concerning experience all around :-(
