Great supplement!
This is the first b12 supplement I've ever stuck with taking more than one day so I dont really have anything to compare them too. However, the things I can say are positive. It dissolves quickly. To me, when it is dissolving it taste like a blueberry muffin, so taste is great. I had blood work done & my b12 was on the lower end of normal. Dr wanted me to start a b12 supplement. I can tell I have less fatigue than I had before. I am hoping it continues to improve the longer I take it & get my levels up! I am usually pretty sensitive to side effects & I do already have an anxiety disorder, but I haven't had any anxiety with this supplement. I was worried I would bc I had tried a different b12 before & did experience anxiety after just taking one... Will try to update my review if anything changes, but so far so good! Plan to order again next year since you get a whole year supply in one bottle!! Thats amazing too IMO☺️

I've been using these for years. I've tried a few times in using a Super B complex and won't do it again. It made my blood work come back wacky. Stays normal with this product. I love it and tastes good too.
