Great product that works and didn't harm my shrimp.
It really works!! I'm over the moon with this, I purchased some neons who presented with white spot the next day 🤦 I was desperate to find something that was safe for shrimps and went off recommendations and bought this. 1 week later, the spots are all gone and my shrimp are doing just fine!

Act Fast , works eventually to stop Ick white spot and does not kill Shrimp
BrIef Summary: Arrived quickly in good condition it worked eventually and it didn’t kill my cherry shrimp.Detailed Story: I have a fairly new set up (3 Months) and within a few weeks I Noticed a few tiny white spots on my Bristle Pleco.. was sureif it was white spot Ick but within a week I noticed it on two cardinals out of five... and one runny nose out of four.. so I ordered Ich Attack on the fact it was organic and would not harm invertebrates etc as I have one cherry shrimp... on arrival and reading instructions and other forums suggestions I replaced my filter and poured a capful in as it’s an 80litre tank .. the Ich became much worse over the week and started to cover the cardinals so I upped the dose to two capfuls a day (I didn’t change the water temp at all).. I lost 2 cardinals that week as suspected I would lose a third as it was really bad and others had turned on it nipping it’s fins down but to my astonishment the Ick attack had started to kick in and I could see a slight improvement after ten days.. somehow the sick cardinal managed to shake it off after almost dieing.. Pleco didn’t seem too effected and showed no symptoms after week one.. two runny nose had a few spots but shook it off after week two .. I’m at week four now and just started to reduce the dosage as all the white spot has disappeared .. will probably continue for another week with just cap a day .. my advice is act quickly if see any sign of white spot Ick .. but will be using Ick attack again without doubt an excellent product

A bit disappointed
Seems to be taking a very long time to work... found some new white spots today after a week of constant treatment. It seems to have gotten it under control but not wiped it out, yet. Unfortunately I have nearly used the whole bottle and having to fork out another 15 quid isn’t ideal.

Manages ICH but does not cure!
I went through 2x 473ml bottles on my 100L aquascape. I chose this product because it's a planted tank with shrimp so harsher treatments are out of the question. I dosed at least 12ml each day, and on some days would dose more than once up to 3 times. The product does seem to help with managing ich and getting it down to a level that doesn't harm the fish, but after almost 2 months of using it hasn't removed ich from the scape. I was close to the end of the 2nd bottle and haven't treated for a couple of days, and now the ich has returned much more noticably on my neons. So it never fully went away, it just manages the parasite.I will be ordering everything I need to setup a quarantine tank, and using the last of the product whilst I wait for that all to arrive. Then I will be transferring my fish to the quarantine and blitzing the disease. Kordon is worthwhile if you want to manage ich in a scape whilst you get a quarantine setup, but it didn't fully eradicate for me.

Excellent product
I started treating my Neon Tetras as soon as I saw a spot or two of ich on a couple of them, and within 10 days they were all clear. I did not increase the temperature in the aquarium, as I have Red Cherry Shrimp, Amano shrimp and Nerite snails in the aquarium as well. They were completely fine and unaffected by the medication. As it is a 100% natural herbal treatment, there is no copper or other heavy metal which will kill snails and adversely affect shrimp. On the other hand, BECAUSE it is a herbal treatment, it does take longer to appear to start working, but if you are vigilant and start treatment as soon as you see any sign of ich, it definitely seems to prevent it spreading, and does cure it. Make sure you continue treatment for up to 4 days after you see any white spot, to ensure you kill any larvae still in the water column.I will definitely always have this on hand in case of another outbreak, and would recommend it, although I need to warn potential buyers: IT STINKS!!!! Really really stinks!

Does not work (reef keeper review)
1 year marine set up, arrow goby, pair of clowns, flasher wrasse, green wrasse, mimic tang, bi colour blenny, fox face, boxer shrimp and plenty of lps coral.Noticed ich on the arrow goby about two weeks ago and he was swimming in the daylight which is unusual.Bought ich attack and used correct dosage for 3 days with skimmer off for 5hours after treatment. Arrow goby died. Continued treatment increasing dosage and turning off skimmer for 8hours after treatment, blenny died. Continued treatment and increased dosgae (as per instructions) with skimmer off for 2 days, clown died. And now today other clown dead. Corals look terrible and this treatment does not work.
