I replaced a new Suntour Raidon 190x40mm with this Rockshox Monarch RL 190x51mm on my new GT Zaskar FS against the recommendation of GT’s customer service agent. The result is that this shock fits and works beautifully and I have the added bonus of another 33mm of travel on the rear. Great buy, well worth it. P.S: They should take the shock pump out of the picture if it doesn’t come with it. ***Update - I brought the bike to Mountain Creek Bike Park and was able to clear the small jumps, tabletops and drops without issue. I had 250 psi and used every bit of the travel but it held up fine.

Item arrived quickly. Description and picture of the shock shows a seal kit and air pump included. Did not come with a pump. Good thing I have one already. I can’t review the shocks performance at this time since I’m still waiting for mounting hardware.

El Shock todo en orden BIEN, pero en la foto ponen una bomba de aire que NO viene incluida, pienso que esto es publicidad engañosa, lo correcto es que no la pongan y vendan lo que es nada mas, como quiera a quien nos interese la compraremos, pero no nos queda esta mala percepción de que nos engañaron.

If you’re like me I’m not a extreme mountain biker. I’m just a Diesel Mechanic that likes to ride mountain bikes as a hobby, seeing as Dirtbikes are labeled as a terrorists in our state.. any way being mechanically inclined and not wanting to spend $$$$ money on a new shock to replace the crappy one the Specialized StumpJumper comes with. I found this shock with a TRUE! Lock out switch for riding on the road or such(unlike the stock shock). There is a review that says it will not work on my bike. But it is false unless you’re picky & wimpy and need it to be easy. All the bushings from the original shock swap over no need for any extra stuff which is a plus! It fits I have tested it the inlet will not hit the frame. BUT you’ll have to pull the top bolt out to adjust your air compression for weight settings (but who does that that often anyways..) . Which it is not that hard to do. As you can see with the tape, I rode with that on and it never contacted the frame. This shock has a very strong true lock out feature which is awesome. Along with it being very accurate with the rebound setting. I’m happy with the purchase. Would strongly recommended.
