Most timely book in Covid times
One of the biggest health issue in recent times has been to cope up with Covid-related uncertainties in regard to maintaining optimum health. In that respect, Kien has written perhaps the most relevant and upto-date book on Health. I dont have to collate inputs from tons of sources as Kien's book gets you all the relevant inputs at one place. Thanks a ton Kien for writing this book. Bonus is that it was at the cheapest possible price for a new book.

Excellent for people who wish to improve their health!
The internet is full of claims by "experts" putting forth their miracle plans for weight loss, usually at a pretty steep cost. Ignore the internet and purchase this book instead. Dr. Vuu explains in detail, and with a great deal of experience supported by data, how to improve your overall health and avoid the health issues that have become crises in our country. The work is well researched and put to use daily in his own medical practice. I have been reading the book, making changes as I work through, and have seen and felt results. Of course I lost weight because that is what happens when you are paying attention to what you put in your body, but I also just feel more energy and better able to handle daily stress. I have a blood test due coming up shortly and I'm interested to see what changes have occurred. I will probably read the book a few times just to digest all the information and geek out on the biology and chemistry working behind the scenes. If you are wanting to make changes to improve your health, start with this book.

Interesting and excellent
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I finished it a couple of months ago but have been trying to implement some of his advice before I left a review. Some of the recommendations were things I was aware I should be doing, but I hadn't been consistent about. A lot was brand new information. But both were explained in a way thay truly helped you understand why. I have to say I do feel much better in general. Everyone wants to be healthier and happier. Thinking about/doing all of these actionable steps as a way to get closer to your "thrive state" made it feel manageable. I met Kien in high school and we've kept in touch over the years. Before I read the book I was wondering if I would be able to understand and absorb possibly tricky doctor lingo. But the way it was presented was not tricky at all. It also wasn't simplified too much, which I appreciated at the same time. Kien is truly brilliant but he is also one of the most fun and charismatic people you will meet. And his voice really shines through in the writing. After I read it I told him he should have an audio version. He said there was one and I'm probably going to get that too. Kien has a very dreamy, radio personality voice. That alone is just a bonus, but I think hearing him reinforce all of this information while I drive around seems like a very nice way to pass the time. Either way, I definitely recommend this book.

Audio Book Rocks
I have both the Kindle and Audible versions of this book. You can’t get the total “feel” of Dr. Vuu until you listen to the audio version! Try it, you’ll see what I mean.

This book changed my life!!!
It took me a few months to go through it, but it gave me a very simple blueprint to follow. With each change I implemented, I noticed a huge shift in my energy and well being. Every day in every way I know I’m reaching my Thrive State. I recommend this book for anyone who wants incredible heAlth and amazing life.

Amazing
This book is a life changer! From beginning to end it is packed with medical and practical information for optimal health, longevity, and peak performance. As a senior citizen that's in pretty good shape, I found this book to be a great source in reducing stress, making optimal food choices and over all submitting to a healthier lifestyle! I recommend it highly!!!!
