I get frustrated that the manufacture does not list lumen output, if they did, consumers could than judge if these lights are 100% brighter. Lumens?

Mfr's website does give Lumens, but Amazon did not choose to list it. In this case, Philips 9003 X-Treme Vision +100 outputs 1,860 Lumens +/-12%. .."+/- 12% Lumens" yields "+/- 223.2 Lumens". ..1,860 +/-223.2 Lumens yields a total Lumen Output Range of: 1,636.8 to 2,083.2 Lumens.

Which bulb is better,the X-treme power or X-treme vision?

X-treme Power is rated at 80% brighter than OEMX-treme Vision is rated at 100% brighter than OEMBoth are great bulbs. Both are normal light spectrums.

The description is a little fuzzy, is this only for one set ie low beams only, or is it for both high beams and low beams?
