I was afraid to purchase these due to the bad reviews. However , they came well pack and new condition. They are stable, and keep food warm. After I finish my party, I stocked the trays together and was afraid not being able to separate them, but It was not the case, I was able to separate them without much complication. Make sure they have water all the time, otherwise they will burn, but even the most expensive ones will if they run out of water. The burns from the bottom was easy to take off with some Ajax powder cleanser.I do recommend these chafer set. If you want something of a better quality, then pay for it. But these did the job.

I first ordered a used set but it had some burn marks. Probably the user before me (and many users who gave a one star rating) set the product up the wrong way. The shallow tray used for food was burnt which means they used that tray to hold the water and burnt it instead of using the deeper tray, and probably turned the candles on without filling it with water first. The second set I ordered was brand new and functioned exactly as intended. The edges might be sharp as other pointed out but wont cut you on touch unless you rub you accidentally fingers on them. Some pointed that the holding legs are flimsy but if you actually attach the candle holding tray at the bottom it will act like a scaffold and make the unit very sturdy. I used a small piece of styrofoam board between the deep trays for storage so they would be easier to separate for future use. Overall this product is high quality and at a bargain price.

I ordered these to donate to the school for their Veterans Day luncheon for vets. I like the quality and the looks of the set. I didn't have any trouble separating the trays. For those who said they had trouble separating them, the set comes with a tray separation tool now.

Bought these for my eldest’s grad party and they were great! We did a taco bar and they held so much food. Warmed adequately. I only had trouble with one of the legs being super rickety. Even with sterno plate in place. Wish I could have retuned it, but there was not enough time on my end.

Despite the previous reviews I definitely want to say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Nothing was damaged. They made sure to include styrofoam in between the pans to ensure they would not get stuck and they also included pan separators in case they do get stuck! I love the accountability in making sure customer needs are being met so I really wanted to leave a good extensive review for future customers! They looked very nice and polished and every thing was wrapped upon opening the box. Again, I am extremely happy!

Bought these to use for my daughter’s High School graduation party. Setup was a breeze, just make sure to use the metal plank to keep the legs from collapsing back inwards. I used three of them with heat and one for cold (just kept ice inside the tray instead of water). One of the fuel holder’s fire extinguisher flaps came off but who cares we just blow the flame out. But very sturdy, everything stayed hot and cold as desired. Clean up was easy as well. Yes, the edges are sharp, but just pay attention and you will be fine. Great product after first use. Can’t wait to use at our Labor Day party.

We just hosted the staff Christmas party for 22 people and used the chafing dishes for the first time. They worked well and were a bit bigger than we thought. It takes a lot of food to fill a dish. For instance a big 2 Kg bag of mixed veggies filled the pan with some space to spare.We bought the red fuel cans (good for 6 hours) from Amazon as well and we had to minimize to only one fuel can/chafing dish. It kept the dishes too hot and actually overcooked our veggies. Lesson learned along the way.One caution though, we store the chafing dishes as a set as they were really hard to take appart in the beginning. The pans fit a bit too snug together.Would recommend

High quality chafing dishes and pans. Used to cater a company BBQ. Lots of comments about how professional they were. Kept the food warm more than 6 hours.
